前記基板上に形成され、一般式(Y 1―x Eu x )Ca 4 O(BO 3 ) 3 (0<x<1)で表され、成膜時に酸素を導入し、基板温度350〜700℃で成膜されたアモルファス相である蛍光体薄膜と、
を有する蛍光発光装置
が提供される。
基板を準備する工程と、
一般式(Y 1―x Eu x )Ca 4 O(BO 3 ) 3 (0<x<1)で表される蛍光体をソースとし、成膜時に酸素を導入し、基板上に350℃以上700℃以下の基板温度で蛍光体薄膜をアモルファス相で堆積する工程と、
を含む蛍光発光装置の製造方法
が提供される。
(Y1−xEux)Ca4O(BO3)3(但し0<x<1)で表わされる蛍光体である。

- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、一般式(Y1―xEux)Ca4O(BO3)3(0<x<1)で表され、成膜時に酸素を導入し、基板温度350〜700℃で成膜されたアモルファス相である蛍光体薄膜と、
を有する蛍光発光装置。 - 基板を準備する工程と、
一般式(Y1―xEux)Ca4O(BO3)3(0<x<1)で表される蛍光体をソースとし、成膜時に酸素を導入し、基板上に350℃以上700℃以下の基板温度で蛍光体薄膜をアモルファス相で堆積する工程と、
を含む蛍光発光装置の製造方法。
