Description
また、ボンネットとフロント作業機のアーム部との間には、少なくともフロント作業機の上下回動を妨げない程度の空間が確保されればよいので、フロント作業機の全幅が広くなることを防止することができ、延いては本機を含めた作業車両の全幅が広くなることを防止することができる。
リフトアームを補強する必要がなくなるので、孔部を設けるに際し、リフトアームの体積拡大や重量増大、延いてはフロント作業機全体の体積拡大や重量増大を防止することができる。
なお、PTO配管40のリフトアーム11への固定方法は、本実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば溶接などによりPTO配管40をリフトアーム11に対して固定することもできる。

Claims (5)
- 本機(2)の前部に設けられるボンネット(6)の左右両側に回動支持部であるブラケット(7)を配置し、該ブラケット(7)を介して、本機(2)にローダ(10)を装着する構成において、該ローダ(10)は、前端部に設けられるバケット(18)と、前記ブラケット(7)に支承されるリフトアーム(11)と、前記ブラケット(7)に支承されると共に、前記リフトアーム(11)の上下一側に配置され、該リフトアーム(11)を前記ブラケット(7)に対して昇降させるリフトシリンダ(12)と、前記ブラケット(7)に支承されると共に前記リフトアーム(11)の上下他側に配置され、前記バケット(18)を前記リフトアーム(11)に対して回動させるバケットシリンダ(14)と、を有する構成とし、前記リフトアーム(11)に孔部(20)を設け、該孔部(20)を油圧の配管を貫通させる孔部(20)とし、前記孔部(20)を、前記リフトシリンダ(12)と前記バケットシリンダ(14)とに挟まれる領域内における、前記リフトアーム(11)に穿設することを特徴とするローダの配管構造。
- 請求項1記載のローダの配管構造において、前記ブラケット(7)に、本機(2)側から延出される油圧配管(30)を前記孔部(20)へと導く開口部(31)を設けたことを特徴とするローダの配管構造。
- 請求項2記載のローダの配管構造において、前記開口部(31)から導出される油圧配管(30)を、前記リフトアーム(11)の回動支点近傍にて、ブラケット(7)に対して固定するクランプ部(32)を設けたことを特徴とするローダの配管構造。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のローダの配管構造において、前記孔部(20)に、本機(2)側から延出される油圧配管(30)を、バケット(18)側に配されるPTO配管(40)に連結する連結部(21)を設けたことを特徴とするローダの配管構造。
- 請求項4記載のローダの配管構造において、前記連結部(21)における連結位置を、本機(2)の進行方向の左右外側に設けたことを特徴とするローダの配管構造。
