Description
本発明は、座席コンポーネントおよび少なくとも1つの安全ベルトをビデオセンサ系の信号に依存して調節するための装置に関する。
それに対して、独立請求項の特徴を有する座席コンポーネントを調節するための本発明の装置は、ビデオセンサ系によって信号が、乗員クラスと乗員体積と乗員ポーズと頭部ポジションとに依存して生成されるという特徴を有する。このような特徴によって、乗員および該乗員のその時点のポジションを推定し、それに応じて座席コンポーネントないしは安全ベルトを最適に調節することができるようになる。このことにより、クラッシュに対して最適な保護が得られるようになる。さらに安全ベルトも調節され、可能性のあるクラッシュに対して、着座輪郭および適用可能な保護手段に関して最適に乗員を保護することができる。このようにして座席調節および安全ベルト調節の条件付け、たとえばヘッドレストの高さおよびシートベルトの懸吊を、各乗員ごとに分けて自動的に行うことができる。
本発明の実施例が図面に示されており、以下の説明において詳細に説明される。
車両座席および安全ベルトの調節、たとえばシートベルトの懸吊は通常、車両乗員によって手動で行われるか、またはアクチュエータ系信号発生スイッチ(Aktorikgeberschalter)ないしはボタンによって行われる。その際にはしばしば、乗員拘束システムないしは人員保護システムの作用に最適でない調節が選択される。
1.ビデオセンサによって検出されたデータは連続的に、座席調節およびシートベルト調節を調整するために使用される。
2.ビデオセンサによって検出されたデータは、業者側またはユーザによって設定された所定の時間にわたって、たとえば機関始動後にたとえば10秒の持続時間にわたって、座席調節およびシートベルト調節のために使用される。
3.座席調節およびシートベルト調節は2.において初期に行われ、プリクラッシュシチュエーションまたはクラッシュシチュエーションの場合に、ビデオセンサおよび別のセンサから供給されたその時点の情報に相応して適合される。前記別のセンサは、加速度センサまたはロールオーバセンサである。
4.ビデオセンサによって連続的に検出されたデータは記憶され、プリクラッシュまたはクラッシュの場合にのみ、座席ポジションおよびシートベルトポジションを最適に調節するために使用される。乗員はこの場合、座席調節およびシートベルト調節を自由に調節することができる。
モード1:座席アクチュエータ系およびシートベルトアクチュエータ系が連続的に、常にアクティブな閉ループ制御によって、測定された内室センサ信号に基づいて駆動制御される。
モード2:予め定義された時間にわたって、たとえば10秒の記録持続時間で測定されるビデオセンサ信号に基づいて、座席アクチュエータ系が調節される。
モード3:適切なマンマシンインタフェース16を介して、座席アクチュエータ系が手動で制御される。
Claims (5)
- 座席コンポーネント(102,103,104)および少なくとも1つの安全ベルト(101)をビデオセンサ系(11)の信号に依存して調節するための装置において、
該ビデオセンサ系は、乗員が分類される乗員クラスと、乗員容積と、乗員ポーズと、頭部位置とに依存して信号を生成し、
プリクラッシュまたはクラッシュのシチュエーションが存在する場合にのみ、該信号は、ヘッドレスト(100)、背もたれ(102)、前後方向の座席位置(103)、およびシートベルト収容点(101)の高度が、各乗員(105)の大きさに基づいて調整されることによって、最適な乗員拘束システムの作用が実現されるように生成され、
該ビデオセンサ系(11)によって検出された乗員クラスに基づいて、標準的身体サイズである身長、脚および上体の長さが、制御装置(13)に組み込まれた記憶ユニットから読み出されることを特徴とする装置。 - 該座席コンポーネント(102,103,104)および安全ベルト(101)は、一時的に第1の所定の時間にわたって持続した乗員ポーズの変化に依存せずに調節される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 座席コンポーネント(100〜104)を、常にアクティブな制御部によって連続的に調節するために構成されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの次のような第2の時間、すなわち、該時間中に調節が行われる第2の時間が設定される、請求項1記載の装置。
- ユーザが、前記少なくとも1つの第2の時間を設定する、請求項4記載の装置。
