Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの薄膜トランジスタと、少なくとも1つの画素と、前記薄膜トランジスタと前記画素の間に設けられた絶縁体の保護層と、を備えたディスプレイ領域を有する平板ディスプレイ装置において、
前記ディスプレイ領域に駆動電源を供給するための駆動ラインと、
前記駆動ラインと異なる層に設けられ、前記駆動ラインと電気的な疎通をなす少なくとも1つの補助駆動ラインと、を備え、
前記薄膜トランジスタ(TFT2)はソース電極及びドレイン電極を有し、
前記画素は前記保護層を貫通して前記ソース電極、または前記ドレイン電極のうちの一方と接続される第1電極層を有し、
前記駆動ラインは、前記ソース電極及び前記ドレイン電極と同一の層に設けられ、
前記補助駆動ラインは、前記第1電極層と同一の層に設けられることを特徴とする平板ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記駆動ラインは、前記ソース電極及び前記ドレイン電極と同一の物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインは、前記第1電極層と同一の物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1電極層は、2つ以上の導電層を備え、前記補助駆動ラインには、前記第1電極層の少なくとも一層と同一の層が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 少なくとも1つの薄膜トランジスタと、少なくとも1つの画素と、前記薄膜トランジスタと前記画素の間に設けられた絶縁体の保護層と、を備えたディスプレイ領域を有する平板ディスプレイ装置において、
前記ディスプレイ領域に駆動電源を供給するための駆動ラインと、
前記駆動ラインと異なる層に設けられ、前記駆動ラインと電気的な疎通をなす少なくとも1つの補助駆動ラインと、を備え、
前記薄膜トランジスタ(TFT2)は、
半導体活性層と、
前記半導体活性層と異なる層に設けられ、該半導体活性層に接続されるソース電極及びドレイン電極と、を有し、
前記画素は、前記保護層を貫通して前記ソース電極、または前記ドレイン電極のうちの一方と接続される第1電極層を有し、
前記駆動ラインは、前記ソース電極及び前記ドレイン電極と同一の層に設けられ、
前記補助駆動ラインには、前記半導体活性層と同一の層に設けられることを特徴とする平板ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1電極層と同一の層に設けられる、もう1つの補助駆動ラインを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインの少なくとも一部は、前記駆動ラインと平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインの少なくとも一部は、ストライプ状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインの少なくとも一部は、前記駆動ラインと平行していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインの少なくとも一部は、前記駆動ラインと交互に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインのうち少なくともいずれか1つの補助駆動ラインと、他の1つの補助駆動ラインとの間には、少なくとも1つ以上の駆動ラインが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインの少なくとも一部は、メッシュ状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインによって形成されるメッシュ領域のうち少なくとも1つのメッシュ領域内には、1つ以上の画素が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助駆動ラインの少なくとも一部は、千鳥状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ領域の1つ以上の画素には、電界発光部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
