Abstract
本发明公开了一种有机二极管显示驱动电路、显示面板及电子设备。该驱动电路包括:电压源、显示区电路以及辅助区电路,所述辅助区位于所述显示区之外;所述显示区电路和辅助区电路均包括供电线、信号线以及像素,所述电压源通过所述供电线与所述显示区的所述像素连接;所述电压源还进一步通过位于所述辅助区的线路与所述显示区的所述像素直接或间接连接。本发明通过充分利用辅助区线路,将其与电压线连接,降低显示区供电线走线的电阻,进而降低显示区供电线走线的电压降。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种有机二极管显示驱动电路、显示面板及电子设备
背景技术
有源矩阵有机发光二极体(OLED)面板,采用非常薄的有机材料涂层和玻璃基板,当有电流通过时,这些有机材料就会发光。OLED面板具有自发光的特性,且视角广,色饱和度高,尤其是驱动电压低且功耗低,加上反应快、重量轻、厚度薄,构造简单,成本低等,被视为最具前途的产品之一。
其中,OLED面板包括正常像素区(AA像素区)和虚拟像素区,虚拟像素区的设计主要为缓解矩阵基板制作过程中的负载效应,以及提高高精度金属掩模板蒸镀过程的均匀性,从而提高AA像素区显示的均匀性。在一般的像素补偿电路中,常采用的设计是将虚拟像素区电路中信号线接固定电位,有效关闭各个薄膜晶体管,使虚拟像素区处于常暗状态。
但是,由于AA像素区的每个像素到电压源的距离不同,走线造成的电压降不同,仍然会降低面板显示的均匀性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种有机二极管显示驱动电路、显示面板及电子设备,提高面板显示的均匀性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种有机二极管显示驱动电路,有机二极管显示驱动电路包括:电压源、显示区电路以及辅助区电路,所述辅助区位于所述显示区之外;所述显示区电路和辅助区电路均包括供电线、信号线以及像素,所述电压源通过所述供电线与所述显示区的所述像素连接,所述供电线包括行列排列且互联的行供电线、列供电线,所述行供电线或列供电线连接所述电压源;所述电压源还进一步通位于所述辅助区的信号线与所述显示区的所述像素直接或间接连接,其中,所述辅助区的信号线包括扫描线、初始电压线、发光控制线及数据线中的一种或其组合,所述辅助区的所述扫描线、初始电压线、发光控制线均分别连接至两条电压线,使得所述电压源进一步通过位于所述辅助区的线路与所述显示区的所述像素间接连接。
其中,所述数据线为列方向排列,其一端连接至一条所述电压线,另一端连接至另一条所述电压线,和/或另一部分通过接触孔与不同层的所述行供电线连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明又提供了一种显示面板,显示面板包括所述有机二极管显示驱动电路。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供了一种电子设备,电子设备包括显示器,所述显示器包括所述有机二极管显示驱动电路。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过辅助区的线路让电压源与显示区的像素直接或间接连接,来显示区像素因走线造成的电压降,能够提高面板显示的均匀性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明有机二极管显示驱动电路的第一实施例,包括:
电压源110、显示区电路120以及辅助区电路130,且辅助区位于显示区之外。其中电压源110给整个芯片提供电压;显示区电路120和辅助区电路130均包括供电线140、信号线150以及像素160,电压源110通过供电线140与显示区的像素160连接;电压源还进一步通过位于辅助区的信号线150与显示区的像素160直接或间接连接。
具体地,辅助区的信号线150包括第一扫描线151、第二扫描线152、初始电压线153、发光控制线154及数据线155中的一种或几种的组合。
供电线140包括行列排列且互联的行供电线141、列供电线142,且行供电线141或列供电线142连接电压源;其中,行供电线141与列供电线142通过第一接触孔181进行连通。
其中第一扫描线151、第二扫描线152、初始电压线153、发光控制线154位于芯片第一层,与行供电线141在同一层;数据线155位于芯片第二层,与列供电线142在同一层。
本实施例在辅助区左侧增加一条宽走线190,将辅助区的第一扫描线151,第二扫描线152、初始电压线153、发光控制线154的一端一起连接至电压线171,从而使电压源能够进一步通过位于所述辅助区的线路(如第一扫描线151、第二扫描线152、初始电压线153、发光控制线154及数据线155等)与显示区的所述像素160间接连接。
更进一步,数据线155为列方向排列,其一端连接至一条电压线171,另一端连接至另一条电压线172,和/或数据线155的另一部分通过第二接触孔182与不同层的供电线140连接。
以显示区与左下方的辅助区为例,辅助区信号线150一端连接至一条电压线171,另一端连接至另一条电压线172,电压源110通过辅助区信号线150、两条电压线以及显示区供电线补给显示区像素160一定的电压,从而减小显示区像素160因走线问题而造成的电压降严重的问题,提高显示面板显示的均匀性。
当然,数据线155可以不连接电压线或供电线140,电压源110是通过位于辅助区的除数据线155之外的信号线150与显示区的像素160直接或间接连接;或,电压源110在辅助区仅通过数据线155与显示区的像素160直接或间接连接。
请参阅图2和图3,本发明有机二极管显示驱动电路的第二实施例,包括:
电压源2010、显示区电路2020以及辅助区电路2030,且辅助区位于显示区之外;显示区电路2020和辅助区电路2030均包括供电线2040、信号线2050以及像素2060,电压源通过供电线2040与显示区的像素2060连接;电压源2010还进一步通过位于辅助区的信号线2050与显示区的像素2060直接或间接连接。
其中,辅助区的信号线2050具体包括第一扫描线2051、第二扫描线2052、初始电压线2053、发光控制线2054及数据线2055中的一种或几种的组合。
供电线2040包括行列排列且互联的行供电线2041、列供电线2042。
辅助区的信号线2050与供电线2070之间建立连接,使得电压源进一步通过位于辅助区的线路(如第一扫描线2051、第二扫描线2052、初始电压线2053、发光控制线2054及数据线2055等)与显示区的像素2060间接连接。
其中,辅助区的信号线2050与供电线2070之间建立连接具体指:在位于第一层的第一扫描线2051、第二扫描线2052、初始电压线2053、发光控制线2054与行供电线2041之间增加不同线间的走线2101,使得第一层的信号线与行供电线2041之间相互连通;在位于第二层的数据线2055与列供电线2042之间增加1段走线2102,使得第二层的数据线2055与列供电线2042之间相互连通。同时,不同层的行供电线2041与列供电线2042之间通过接触孔2080连接。
具体地,如图3,在发光控制线2054与G1之间增加走线21011,G1与第一扫描线2051之间增加走线21012,以及第一扫描线2051与行供电线2041之间增加走线21013,进而使得发光控制线2054、第一扫描线2051与行供电线2041连接。同时,在初始电压线2053与第二扫描线2052之间增加走线21015,以及第二扫描线2052与行供电线2041之间增加走线21014,进而使得初始电压线2053与第二扫描线2052与行供电线2041连接;类似地,在数据线2055与列供电线2042之间增加走线2102使得数据线2055与列供电线2042连接。
电压线2070位于显示区一侧,电压源2010连接电压线2070,行供电线2041或列供电线2042一端连接电压线2070;
同以显示区与左下方的辅助区为例,辅助区信号线2050间接与电压线2070连接。当电路接通时,辅助区第一扫描线2051、第二扫描线2052、初始电压线2053、发光控制线2054通过与行供电线2041的连接对显示区像素2060进行补给;而数据线2055则是通过与列供电线2042的连接,同时再通过列供电线2042与行供电线2041之间的连接,对显示区的像素2060进行补给。进而改善显示区走线电压降严重的问题,提高面板显示的均匀性。
在其他实施例中,可以没有宽走线2090。
请参阅图4,本发明又提供一种显示面板。如图3所示,显示面板30包括有机二极管显示驱动电路31。
其中有机二极管显示驱动电路31具体采用图1或图2的接法,在此不再赘述。
显示面板30通电后,有机二极管显示驱动电路31中的显示区像素通过供电线供电发光。同时,由于充分利用了辅助区的信号线,直接或间接对像素显示区像素补充被显示区走线抽掉的电压,进而整个显示面板30显示更加均匀,提升面板的显示质量。
请参阅图5,本发明再提供一种电子设备。如图4所示,电子设备40包括采用有机二极管显示驱动电路42的显示面板41。
其中有机二极管显示驱动电路42具体采用图1或图2的接法,同时显示面板的结构具体如图3所示,在此不在赘述。
电子设备启动后,通过内部有机二极管显示驱动电路42的工作显示区像素发光,使得显示面板41的显示效果提升。

1.一种有机二极管显示驱动电路,其特征在于,包括:
电压源、显示区电路以及辅助区电路,所述辅助区位于所述显示区之外;
所述显示区电路和辅助区电路均包括供电线、信号线以及像素,所述电压源通过所述供电线与所述显示区的所述像素连接,所述供电线包括行列排列且互联的行供电线、列供电线,所述行供电线或列供电线连接所述电压源;
所述电压源还进一步通过位于所述辅助区的信号线与所述显示区的所述像素直接或间接连接,其中,所述辅助区的信号线包括扫描线、初始电压线、发光控制线及数据线中的一种或其组合,所述辅助区的所述扫描线、初始电压线、发光控制线均分别连接至两条电压线,使得所述电压源进一步通过位于所述辅助区的线路与所述显示区的所述像素间接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述电路,其特征在于,
所述数据线为列方向排列,其一端连接至一条所述电压线,另一端连接至另一条所述电压线,和/或另一部分通过接触孔与不同层的所述行供电线连接。
3.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至2任一项所述的有机二极管显示驱动电路。
4.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括显示器,所述显示器包括如权利要求1至2任一项所述的有机二极管显示驱动电路。
