Abstract
【解決手段】ウェブ部11及びフランジ部12を有する鉄骨柱10と、ウェブ部21及びフランジ部22を有する鉄骨梁20とを接合金物30により接合する接合構造1において、接合金物30は、底板部31と、底板部31に対して直角に立ち上がり、かつ底板部31よりも先方が延びた挿通部位33を有する側板部32とを有し、鉄骨柱10のフランジ部12は、鉄骨梁のフランジ部22と交差する部位に形成したスリット孔13を形成し、当該スリット孔13に対して側板部32の挿通部位33を挿通し、側板部32の挿通部位33を鉄骨柱10のウェブ部11に対接した状態で固定し、接合金物30の底板部31を鉄骨梁20のフランジ部22に対接した状態で固定する接合構造1を提供する。

Claims (5)
- ウェブ部及びウェブ部の両側に設けられたフランジ部を有する鉄骨柱と、
ウェブ部及びウェブ部の両側に設けられたフランジ部を有する鉄骨梁とを接合金物により接合する鉄骨柱及び鉄骨梁の接合構造において、
前記接合金物は、底板部と、前記底板部の面上に当該底板部に対して略直角に立ち上がり、かつ前記略直角に立ち上がった状態で前記底板部の先端よりも先方へ延びた挿通部位を有する側板部とを有し、
前記鉄骨柱のフランジ部は、前記鉄骨梁のフランジ部と交差する部位にスリット孔を形成し、
当該スリット孔に対して前記側板部の挿通部位を挿通し、当該側板部の挿通部位を前記鉄骨柱のウェブ部に対接した状態で固定し、前記接合金物の底板部を前記鉄骨梁のフランジ部に対接した状態で固定したことを特徴とする鉄骨柱及び鉄骨梁の接合構造。 - 前記鉄骨柱のフランジ部に形成するスリット孔は、前記鉄骨梁のフランジ部と交差する部位に当該フランジ部の短手方向中心から対称に2箇所形成し、当該スリット孔に対して前記側板部の挿通部位を挿通する位置に前記接合金物を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄骨柱及び鉄骨梁の接合構造。
- 前記接合金物の前記底板部及び前記鉄骨梁のフランジ部のそれぞれに対応する部分に複数のボルト挿通孔を形成し、
前記接合金物の側板部及び前記鉄骨柱のウェブ部のそれぞれに対応する部分に複数のボルト挿通孔を形成し、
前記接合金物の前記底板部及び前記鉄骨梁のフランジ部、及び前記接合金物の側板部及び前記鉄骨柱のウェブ部のそれぞれに形成した前記複数のボルト挿通孔に対して緊締金具を用いて固定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄骨柱及び鉄骨梁の接合構造。 - 前記接合金物は、1枚の前記底板部と、当該底板部の片側端部において直角に立ち上げて形成した1枚の前記側板部とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の鉄骨柱及び鉄骨梁の接合構造。
- 前記接合金物は、1枚の前記底板部と、当該底板部に対して直角に立ち上げて形成した2枚の前記側板部とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の鉄骨柱及び鉄骨梁の接合構造。
