Description
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に、1.15M濃度でOEFを添加し、電解質添加剤として1-メチル-2-ピロリドンを電解質に対して1、2、3及び5重量%添加して、実施例1〜4の電解質を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加し、電解質添加剤として1-メチル-2-ピロリドン1重量%及びフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)1重量%を添加して電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加し、電解質添加剤として1-メチル-2-ピロリドン1重量%及びフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)2重量%を添加して電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加し、電解質添加剤として1-メチル-2-ピロリドン1重量%及びフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)3重量%を添加して電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加し、電解質添加剤として1-メチル-2-ピロリドン1重量%及びフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)5重量%を添加して電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加し、電解質添加剤として1-メチル-2-ピロリドンを電解質に対して3重量%添加して電解質を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加して、これだけで電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例1(添加剤あり)と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加して、これだけで電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例9(添加剤あり)と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート/エチルメチルカーボネート/フルオロベンゼン/プロピレンカーボネート(EC/EMC/FB/PC)がそれぞれ30/55/10/5で混合された非水性有機溶媒に1.15MのLiPF6を添加し、電解質添加剤としてフルオロエチレンカーボネートを1重量%添加して電解質を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。

Claims (23)
- リチウム塩と、
非水性有機溶媒と、
下記化学式1の化合物及びこれらの誘導体からなる群より選択される電解質添加剤と、
フルオロエチレンカーボネートを含むカーボネート系添加剤と、
を含み、
前記カーボネート系添加剤は、電解質総量に対して0.01〜10重量%用いられることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記アルキルは炭素数1〜7のアルキルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記電解質添加剤は、1−メチル−2−ピロリドン、1−エチル−2−ピロリドン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される化合物ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記電解質添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜10重量%用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記電解質添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜5重量%用いられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記電解質添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜3重量%用いられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記電解質添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜0.5重量%用いられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩はLiPF6、LiBF4、LiSbF6、LiAsF6、LiClO4、LiCF3SO3、Li(CF3SO2)2N、LiC4F9SO3、LiAlO4、LiAlCl4、LiN(CxF2x+1SO2)(CyF2y+1SO2)(ここで、x及びyは自然数である)、LiCl及びLiIからなる群より選択される1種または2種以上を混合したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩は0.6〜2.0M濃度で用いられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記非水性有機溶媒はカーボネート、エステル、エーテル及びケトンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネートはジメチルカーボネート(DMC)、ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)、ジプロピルカーボネート(DPC)、メチルプロピルカーボネート(MPC)、エチルプロピルカーボネート(EPC)、メチルエチルカーボネート(MEC)エチレンカーボネート(EC)、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)及びブチレンカーボネート(BC)からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネートは環状カーボネートと鎖状カーボネートの混合溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記非水性有機溶媒はカーボネート系溶媒と芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒の混合溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒は下記化学式2を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒はベンゼン、フルオロベンゼン、トルエン、フルオロトルエン、トリフルオロトルエン、キシレン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネート系添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜5重量%用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記電解質はビニレンカーボネートまたはこれの誘導体を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- リチウム塩と、
非水性有機溶媒と、
1−メチル−2−ピロリドン、1−エチル−2−ピロリドン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される化合物と、
電解質総量に対して0.01〜10重量%用いられるフルオロエチレンカーボネートと、
を含むことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用電解質。 - リチウム塩と、
非水性有機溶媒と、
下記化学式1の化合物及びこれらの誘導体からなる群より選択される電解質添加剤と、
カーボネート系添加剤としてフルオロエチレンカーボネートを含み、
前記電解質添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜0.5重量%添加され、前記カーボネート系添加剤は電解質総量に対して0.01〜5重量%添加されることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネート系添加剤として、ビニレンカーボネートをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解質。
- リチウムイオンの可逆的な挿入/脱離が可能な物質、または硫黄系化合物を正極活物質として含む正極と、
リチウムイオンの可逆的な挿入/脱離が可能な物質、リチウムイオンと可逆的にリチウム含有化合物を形成できる物質、リチウム金属、リチウム合金からなる群から選択されるものを負極活物質として含む負極と、
前記請求項1〜20のうちのいずれか1項による電解質と、
を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記正極活物質はリチウム−ニッケル系酸化物またはリチウム−ニッケル−マンガン系酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム二次電池は、リチウムイオン電池またはリチウムポリマー電池であることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載のリチウム二次電池。
