Claims (36)
- 正極板、負極板、及び前記正極板と負極板との間に介在されたセパレータを有する電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が電解液と共に収容されて密封されるものであって、底部を有し、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金よりなる缶と、
前記缶の少なくとも底部の外側面に備えられた第1表面被膜層と、を含み、
前記第1表面被膜層と前記缶の底部の外側面との間に第1金属層がさらに介在され、前記第1金属層は前記缶及び前記第1表面被膜層を形成する物質と相異なる物質で形成されていることを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記第1表面被膜層は、少なくともニッケルを主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層は、電解メッキ法、無電解メッキ法及びスパッタリング法のうち何れか一つの方法によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層は、少なくとも銅を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層は、電解メッキ法、無電解メッキ法、スパッタリング法及びクラッディング法のうち何れか一つの方法によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層には、電池安全装置と電気的に連結されたリードが溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記リードは、前記第1表面被膜層に抵抗溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層と前記リードとは、その融点の差が500℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層と前記リードとは、その融点の差が200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1表面被膜層には、電池安全装置と電気的に連結されたリードがハンダ付け接合されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の2次電池。

前記第2表面被膜層と前記キャッププレートの外側面との間に第2金属層がさらに介在され、前記第2金属層は前記キャッププレート及び前記第2表面被膜層を形成する物質と相異なる物質で形成されていることを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記第2表面被膜層は、少なくともニッケルを主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。

- 前記第2表面被膜層は、電解メッキ法、無電解メッキ法、スパッタリング法及びクラッディング法のうち何れか一つの方法によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層には、電池安全装置と電気的に連結されたリードが溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。
- 前記リードは、前記第2表面被膜層に抵抗溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層と前記リードとは、その融点の差が500℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層と前記リードとは、その融点の差が200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層には、電池安全装置と電気的に連結されたリードがハンダ付け接合されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層は、0.5ないし200μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層は、30ないし100μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項26に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2金属層は、Zn、Sn、Fe、Crよりなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの物質で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの厚さは、0.2ないし0.8mmの範囲に属することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2表面被膜層は、前記キャッププレートの外側の面積の一部または全部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。
- 正極板と負極板とを設け、その間にセパレータを介在させて電極組立体を形成する段階と、
底部を有する缶の内部に前記電極組立体を電解液と共に収容した後、密封する段階と、
前記缶の底部の外側面に前処理を通じて前記缶を形成する物質と相異なる物質で第1金属層を形成する段階と、
前記第1金属層が形成された缶の底部の外側面に第1表面被膜層を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記第1金属層は前記缶及び前記第1表面被膜層を形成する物質と相異なる物質で形成されていることを特徴とする2次電池の製造方法。 - 前記前処理以前に第1金属層を形成しようとする缶の底部の外側面を除外した残りの部分をスクリーン処理する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項31に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1表面被膜層を形成する段階は、電解メッキ法、無電解メッキ法、スパッタリング法及びクラッディング法のうち何れか一つの方法によって形成することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
- 正極板と負極板とを設け、その間にセパレータを介在させて電極組立体を形成する段階と、
底部を有する缶の内部に前記電極組立体を電解液と共に収容する段階と、
前記電極組立体の何れか一つの電極と絶縁されるように備えられるキャッププレートで前記缶を密封する段階と、
前記キャッププレートの外側面に前処理を通じて前記キャッププレートを形成する物質と相異なる物質で第2金属層を形成する段階と、
前記第2金属層が形成されたキャッププレートの外側面に第2表面被膜層を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記第2金属層は前記缶及び前記第2表面被膜層を形成する物質と相異なる物質で形成されていることを特徴とする2次電池の製造方法。 - 前記前処理以前に第2金属層を形成しようとする缶の底部の外側面を除外した残りの部分をスクリーン処理する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項34に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2表面被膜層を形成する段階は、電解メッキ法、無電解メッキ法、スパッタリング法及びクラッディング法のうち何れか一つの方法によって形成することを特徴とする請求項34に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
