Claims (13)
- 第1極板と第2極板及びセパレータを備える電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液が受容される缶と、キャッププレートと絶縁プレートとターミナルプレートと電極端子とを備え、前記缶の上段開口部に結合して缶を封入するキャップ組立体とを含むリチウム二次電池において、
前記絶縁プレートは、上面に突出する絶縁プレート突出部を有し、
前記キャッププレートは、一側に形成される安全ベントと、一側の下面に前記安全ベントの下部溝と一体形成され、前記安全ベントが隠れない状態で前記絶縁プレート突出部が結合できる大きさの回転防止溝を備えることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁プレートは、下面に形成される安着溝を含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記回転防止溝は長さが前記キャッププレートの長さの10%ないし40%であり、幅が前記キャッププレートの幅の40%以上である四角形状で形成され、
前記絶縁プレート突出部は前記回転防止溝に対応する大きさで形成されて結合することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記回転防止溝は、0.1mmないし0.3mmの深さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記回転防止溝は、前記キャッププレートの下面が圧入されて前記安全ベントの下部溝と共に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁プレートは下面の安着溝に固定溝が形成され、
前記ターミナルプレートは上面に形成されて前記固定溝に結合する回転防止突出部を含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁プレートは、下面に形成される固定溝を備え、
前記ターミナルプレートは上面に備えられる回転防止突出部が前記固定溝に結合して回転が防止されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートの他側の下面に形成される結合チップと、
前記絶縁プレートの他側に形成されて前記結合チップが結合する結合溝を更に含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1極板は負極板で形成され、第2極板は正極板で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 正極板、負極板及びセパレータを備える電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液が受容される缶と、キャッププレート、絶縁プレート、ターミナルプレート及び電極端子を含んでなされ、前記缶の上段開口部に結合して缶を封入するキャップ組立体とを含むリチウム二次電池において、
前記キャッププレートは下面に前記絶縁プレートに相応する大きさで形成されて前記 絶縁プレートが安着する第1安着溝を含んで形成され、
前記絶縁プレートは下面に前記ターミナルプレートに相応する大きさで形成されて前記ターミナルプレートが安着する第2安着溝を含んで形成され、
前記絶縁プレートは前記第2安着溝の所定の位置に第1固定溝が形成され、
前記ターミナルプレートは上面に形成されて前記第1固定溝に結合する回転防止突出部を含んで形成されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1安着溝は0.1mmないし0.5mmの深さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項10記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1安着溝は、前記キャッププレートの下面が圧入されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 正極板、負極板及びセパレータを備える電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液が受容される缶と、キャッププレート、絶縁プレート、ターミナルプレート及び電極端子を含んでなされ、前記缶の上段開口部に結合して缶を封入するキャップ組立体とを含むリチウム二次電池において、
前記キャッププレートは下面に前記絶縁プレートに相応する大きさで形成されて前記 絶縁プレートが安着する第1安着溝を含んで形成され、
前記絶縁プレートは、所定の位置に第2固定溝が形成され、
前記ターミナルプレートは上面に形成されて前記固定溝に結合する回転防止突出部を含んで形成されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。
