Claims (6)
- 第1の電極板と、第2の電極板と、前記第1の電極板と第2の電極板との間に介在されたセパレータとを備える巻取型電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体の中心空間部に挿入され、ショート防止部を備える巻心部材と、
前記電極組立体を収容する空間を備え、上部が開口されたケースと、
前記ケースの上部と結合され、これを封止するキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記巻心部材は、長手方向に沿って切り込み溝が形成された管状からなり、
前記ショート防止部は、前記切り込み溝の両側端の上端部及び下端部のみが変形した形状からなり、
前記変形した形状は、前記巻心部材の内部方向に向かうようになされた形状、テーパー形状、または、丸みを帯びた形状のうちのいずれかの形状であることを特徴とする円筒形リチウム二次電池。 - 前記テーパー形状のテーパー角は、90゜未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記テーパー形状のテーパー角は、30゜から60゜であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体と前記ケースの下面との間には、下部絶縁板が位置され、前記電極組立体と前記キャップ組立体との間には上部絶縁板が位置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1の電極板及び第2の電極板のいずれかは、電極タップを介して前記ケースの下部の下面に電気的に繋がれ、前記巻心部材は、前記下面に電気的に繋がれる電極タップの上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻心部材の高さは、前記電極組立体の高さの90%から110%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
