Claims (5)
- 第1の電極板と,第2の電極板と,前記第1の電極板と前記第2の電極板との間に介在されたセパレ−タとを備える巻取型電極組立体と;
長手方向に沿って切り込み溝が形成され,前記電極組立体の中心空間に挿入され,かつ,外圧の作用時に内側に巻かれるようにした管状の巻心部材と;
前記電極組立体を収容するケ−スと;
前記ケ−スの上部と結合され,前記ケースを封止するキャップ組立体と;
を含み,
前記巻心部材の外面の一部分には,切欠き部が形成され,
前記切欠き部は,前記切り込み溝が形成された位置の反対側に位置し,前記巻心部材の長手方向に形成されていることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池。 - 前記巻心部材は,前記切り込み溝の両側端のいずれか一端が,他端の内側に位置するようにして,外圧の作用時に螺旋状に巻かれるようにすることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体と前記ケ−スの下面との間には,下部絶縁板が配置され,前記電極組立体と前記キャップ組立体との間には上部絶縁板が配置されていることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1の電極板および第2の電極板のいずれか一つは,電極タップを介して前記ケ−スの下部の下面に電気的に接続され,前記巻心部材は,前記下面に電気的に接続された前記電極タップの上に位置することを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 第1の電極板と,第2の電極板と,前記第1の電極板と前記第2の電極板との間に介在されたセパレ−タとを備える巻取型電極組立体と;
長手方向に沿って切り込み溝が形成され,前記電極組立体の中心空間に挿入され,かつ,前記切り込み溝の両側端のいずれか一端は,他端の内側に位置するようにして,外圧の作用時に内側に巻かれるようにした巻心部材と;
前記電極組立体を収容する空間を備えるケ−スと;
前記ケ−スの上部と結合され,これを封止するキャップ組立体と;
を含み,
前記巻心部材は,一部分に切欠き部を更に備え,
前記切欠き部は,前記切り込み溝が形成された位置の反対側に位置し,前記巻心部材の長手方向に形成されていることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池。
