Claims (8)
- 양극 및 음극 전극과 각 전극 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터가 함께 권취된 전극 젤리 롤에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 안쪽과 바깥쪽에서 권취된 2개의 전극 중에서 바깥쪽으로 배치된 전극의 활물질이 도포되지 않은 서브스트레이트가 상기 전극 젤리 롤의 최외곽부로 더 연장되어 있고, 상기 권취된 세퍼레이터 중 최외곽 턴을 이루는 세퍼레이터가 상기 연장된 서브스트레이트 및 상기 전극 젤리 롤의 최외곽부를 둘러싸도록 더 귄취되어, 전지 내부에서 발생된 열을 흡수하여 경화될 수 있도록 하며,상기 전극 젤리 롤의 내측 단부는 여분의 세퍼레이터가 더 권취되어, 전지 내부에서 발생된 열을 흡수함에 따라 경화되어 봉상의 안정성 부재가 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전극 젤리 롤의 내측 단부에 더 권취된 여분의 세퍼레이터는 상기 전극 젤리 롤의 내측 단부의 내부 둘레를 따라 상기 권취된 세퍼레이터 중 최내곽 턴을 이루는 세퍼레이터로부터 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 연장된 서브스트레이트는 상기 전극 젤리 롤의 최외곽부를 둘러싸도록 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
- 양극 및 음극 전극과 각 전극 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터가 함께 권취된 전극 젤리 롤에 있어서,상기 전극 젤리 롤의 내측 단부는 여분의 세퍼레이터가 더 권취되어, 전지 내부에서 발생된 열을 흡수함에 따라 경화되어 봉상의 안정성 부재가 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 여분의 세퍼레이터는 상기 전극 젤리 롤의 내측 단부의 내부 둘레를 따라 상기 권취된 세퍼레이터 중 최내곽 턴을 이루는 세퍼레이터로부터 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 안쪽과 바깥쪽에서 권취된 2개의 전극 중에서 바깥쪽으로 배치된 전극의 활물질이 도포되지 않은 서브스트레이트가 상기 전극 젤리 롤의 최외곽부를 둘러싸도록 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
- 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극 젤리 롤의 외면을 따라 폴리 올레핀계 박막이 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전극 젤리 롤.
