Abstract
【解決手段】電池ケース内に、帯状の正極および負極が帯状のセパレータを挟んで円柱状に巻回された電極巻回体と、電極巻回体の中心空隙部に配された中空円筒状のセンターピン19とを収容してある。センターピン19は、1枚の板部材を縦長円筒状に曲げ形成したものである。板部材は、左右の両端部がそれぞれ上下幅方向にわたって矩形波状に凹凸形成されている。そのうえで、各端部の凸部21は、対向する各端部の凹部22を介してセンターピンの内側に嵌まり込んでおり、板部材の両端部が凹凸状に噛合している。

Claims (3)
- 電池ケース内に、帯状の正極および負極が帯状のセパレータを挟んで円柱状に巻回された電極巻回体と、前記電極巻回体の中心空隙部に配された中空円筒状のセンターピンとを収容した非水二次電池であって、
前記センターピンが、1枚の板部材を縦長円筒状に曲げて形成されており、
前記板部材の左右端部に、凸部と凹部とがそれぞれ上下間にわたって交互に形成されており、
前記板部材の各端部の凸部が、対向する各端部の凹部を介してピン内部に嵌まり込むことで、前記両端部の前記凸部と前記凹部どうしが噛合していることを特徴とする非水二次電池。 - 電池ケース内に、帯状の正極および負極が帯状のセパレータを挟んで円柱状に巻回された電極巻回体と、前記電極巻回体の中心空隙部に配された中空円筒状のセンターピンとを収容した非水二次電池であって、
前記センターピンが、1枚の板部材をS字状に曲げて縦長円筒状に曲げ形成されており、
前記センターピンは、直径方向に延びる中央壁と、前記中央壁の両端からそれぞれ逆向き折り曲げて形成された断面半円状の一対の周壁とを有しており、
前記各周壁の連出端部が、それぞれ内向きに折り返されて、前記中央壁で受け止められていることを特徴とする非水二次電池。 - 前記センターピンが金属材料からなる請求項1又は2記載の非水二次電池。
