Claims (7)
- 第1の電極板、第2の電極板、及び前記第1の電極板と第2の電極板との間に介在されたセパレータを備える巻取型の電極組立体と、
長手方向に沿って切欠き溝が形成された管状を呈し、前記電極組立体の内部に挿入される巻心部材と、
前記電極組立体を収容する空間を備える筐体と、
前記筐体の上部に結合され、前記筐体を封止するキャップ組立体と、
を含み、
前記切欠き溝をなす対向する2つの面のうち少なくとも一方は、前記巻心部材の内周面となす角度が鋭角であって前記巻心部材の外周面となす角度が鈍角であり、
前記巻心部材は、切欠き溝の周方向の両端部が、当該巻心部材の周面の内側に折り曲げられ、
前記巻心部材の内側に折り曲げられた部分は、平坦な面からなることを特徴とする円筒状のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記切欠き溝をなす対向する2つの面は、当該巻心部材の内周面または外周面に傾斜して接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記切欠き溝をなす対向する2つの面をそれぞれ延長した面は、前記巻心部材の内部で交差することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の円筒状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記切欠き溝をなす対向する2つの面をそれぞれ延長した面が交差してなす角度は、60゜以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻心部材の高さは、前記電極組立体の高さの90%〜110%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の円筒状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記切欠き溝をなす対向する2つの面のうち少なくとも一方と前記巻心部材の内周面とがなす角度は、60゜以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記切欠き溝をなす対向する2つの面のうち少なくとも一方は、内周面と45゜以上90゜未満の角度をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状のリチウム二次電池。
