図2は,第1実施形態における二次電池の斜視図である。上面,下面わかりやすくするため,以下,図2の紙面上方を上面とする。図3Aは,本実施形態によるキャッププレートの下面を示す説明図,図3Bは,図3AのA−A線についての断面図,図4Aは,本実施形態による絶縁プレートの下面を示す説明図,図4Bは,図4AのB−B線についての断面図,図5Aは,本実施形態によるターミナルプレートの平面図,図5Bは,図5AのC−C線についての断面図,図6は,本実施形態による図4と異なる形状の絶縁プレートの断面図,図7は,図6に対応する形状のターミナルプレートの断面図,図8は,本実施形態のさらに異なる形状の絶縁プレートの断面図である。
つぎに,本発明による二次電池に含まれるキャップ組立体の作用について説明する。図9Aは,図3Aのキャッププレート,図4Aの絶縁プレートおよび図5Aのターミナルプレートが結合されたキャップ組立体の下面を示す説明図,図9Bは,図9AのD−D線についての断面図,図10は,図3Aのキャッププレート,図6の絶縁プレートおよび図7のターミナルプレートが結合されたキャップ組立体の断面図,図11は,図3Aのキャッププレート,図8の絶縁プレートおよび図7のターミナルプレートが結合されたキャップ組立体の断面図である。

Claims (7)
- リチウムイオン二次電池において,
陽極板,陰極板およびセパレータを備えた電極組立体と,
前記電極組立体および電解液を収容するケースと,
キャッププレート,絶縁プレート,ターミナルプレートおよび電極端子を含み,前記ケースの上端開口部に結合されてケースを密封するキャップ組立体と,
を含み,
前記キャッププレートの下面の端子通孔を基準とした一側に形成される所定の大きさの凹部として形成される回転防止凹部と,
前記絶縁プレートの上面の端子通孔を基準とした一側に形成される前記回転防止凹部に結合される所定の大きさの凸部として形成される絶縁プレート突出部と,
前記絶縁プレートの下面にターミナルプレートを収容する大きさに形成される収容凹部と,
前記キャッププレートの下面に前記回転防止凹部に対し端子通孔を基準とした他側に凸部として形成される結合チップと,
前記絶縁プレートの前記結合チップに対応する位置に形成され前記結合チップの凸部が結合される結合切欠部と,
を備え,
前記電極端子が前記キャップ組立体に挿入されるとき,前記キャッププレート,前記絶縁プレートおよび前記ターミナルプレートは,所定位置で相互結合すること,
を特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記回転防止凹部は,長さが前記キャッププレートの長さの10%〜40%であり,幅が前記キャッププレートの幅の40%以上である四角形に形成され,前記絶縁プレートの突出部は,前記回転防止凹部に対応する大きさに形成されて結合されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記回転防止凹部は,前記キャッププレートの厚さの20%〜70%の深さに形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記回転防止凹部は,前記キャッププレートの厚さの30%〜50%の深さに形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記回転防止凹部は,0.3mm以上の深さに形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記回転防止凹部は,前記キャッププレートの下面が窪められて形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁プレートの下面の収容凹部に固定凹部が形成され,前記ターミナルプレートの上面に前記固定凹部に結合される回転防止突出部が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
