で求められる。ΔBは材料Bの温度膨張量を示しており、
ΔB=ジッタ方向の長さLB×線膨張率B×温度変化量 ・・・(2)
で表される。また、ΔAは材料Aの温度膨張量を示しており、
ΔA=ジッタ方向の長さLA×線膨張率A×温度変化量 ・・・(3)
で表される。また、Dは支持部材106を傾ける実効的なフォーカス方向の長さを示している。以下に具体例を示す。
ΔA=1「mm]×0.2×10−5[/℃]×35[℃]=0.00007
と求められる。また、傾き補正部材4(材料Bとする)の温度膨張量は、式(2)より
ΔB=1「mm]×30×10−5[/℃]×35[℃]=0.0105
と求められる。このようにして求めた各材料の温度膨張量から式(1)に基づいてレンズアクチュエータLの傾き補正量を求めると、
補正量θ=tan−1((0.0105−0.00007)/2.4)=0.25度
となる。角度0.25度=15分であるから、上述した条件でサスペンションホルダ2を形成すると、DVD記録機に搭載されるアクチュエータ組立体1において最大15分程度のレンズアクチュエータLの傾きを補正することができる。

Claims (4)
- ヨークベースに固定したサスペンションホルダの背面にサスペンション部材の一端を固定する支持部材を配置し、前記サスペンション部材の他端に保持したレンズホルダを電磁駆動方式によりサーボ制御することにより対物レンズを変位させて光ディスクに対するビームスポットの照射位置を調整するようにした光ピックアップ装置において、
前記サスペンションホルダの背面側であって前記支持部材の上半分に当接する位置に、サスペンションホルダ本体より線膨張率が高い部材を配置したことを特徴とする光ピックアップ装置。 - 前記サスペンションホルダは、ヨークベースに固定される第1の部材と、該第1の部材よりも線膨張率が高く前記支持部材と当接する第2の部材とを有し、前記第1の部材と該第2の部材とが一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ピックアップ装置。
- 前記第1の部材は前記支持部材と当接する当接部を有し、前記第2の部材は前記第1の部材の当接部の上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光ピックアップ装置。
- 前記第1の部材が液晶ポリマーで形成され、前記第2の部材がポリアミド樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の光ピックアップ装置。
