Claims (7)
- エンジンがスロットル位置に基づいて所定の速度まで加速するとき、エンジンスロットル位置と以後のクラッチ速度の変化とに基づいて、それぞれのギヤに関する所定のエンジン加速度曲線を提供するよう、複式クラッチ変速機を有する車両の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを制御する方法であって、
エンジンスロットル位置を検知するステップと、
前記変速機の現時点の接続されたギヤを決定するステップと、
接続されたクラッチの被動部材の速度を検知するステップと、
前記エンジンスロットル位置、前記現時点の接続されたギヤ及び前記クラッチ速度に基づいて、目標エンジン速度を決定するステップと、
前記スロットル位置に応答して前記エンジンに前記目標エンジン速度を追尾させるよう、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されねばならないトルク量を表す動的トルク信号を決定するステップと、
運転条件の変化を補償するために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されねばならない追加的なトルク量を表す定常状態トルク信号を決定するステップと、
前記スロットル位置と前記運転条件の変化とに応答して前記エンジンに前記目標エンジン速度を追尾させるために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されねばならない合計トルク量を表す目標トルク信号を提供するよう前記動的トルク信号と前記定常状態トルク信号を加算するステップと、
前記エンジンを前記目標エンジン速度に向かって加速させ且つ追尾させるために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを連続的に変更するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 動的トルク信号を決定する前記ステップが、
実際のエンジン速度を測定するステップと、
前記目標エンジン速度を前記実際のエンジン速度と比較して速度誤差信号を生成するステップと、
前記動的トルク信号を供給するために、前記速度誤差信号の値を所定の値域内の相対値に対して比例させるステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 定常状態トルク信号を決定する前記ステップが、
前記エンジンの加速度を測定するステップと、
前記の接続されたクラッチの加速度を測定するステップと、
前記クラッチの滑り加速度を決定するために、前記エンジン加速度と前記クラッチ加速度を加算するステップと、
前記クラッチの滑り加速度から、該クラッチを介して伝達される実際の動的トルクを決定するステップと、
前記所与の目標トルク信号に関する前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるべき動的トルク値を予測するステップと、
前記実際の動的トルクと前記予測動的トルク値とを加算することによって動的トルク誤差を決定するステップであって、この加算値が、前記目標トルク信号に対する修正によって補償されねばならない運転条件の変化が発生したことを示すステップと、
前記動的トルク誤差を積分することによって前記定常状態トルク信号を決定するステップであって、この積分値が修正値であるステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 定常状態トルク信号を決定する前記ステップが、
スロットル位置の変化が新たなエンジン目標速度を生じるとき、エンジンコントローラからの入力に基づいて前記定常状態トルク信号の値を予測するステップと、
前記目標トルク信号の変化に対する既知のエンジン応答時間に基づいて、前記エンジンが前記新たな目標エンジン速度に達する際の遅延を予測するステップと、
前記定常状態トルク信号を供給するために、前記予測遅延を前記の積分された動的トルク誤差信号と加算するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 動的トルク値を予測する前記ステップが、
前記目標トルク信号の入力に対する既知の変速機の応答に基づいて、前記目標トルク信号が与えられたとするときの前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるべき合計トルク値を予測するステップと、
予測動的トルク値を供給するために、前記予測合計トルク値から前記定常状態トルク値のフィードバック信号を減算するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記エンジンスロットル位置の低下を検知するとき、前記変速機の現時点の接続されたギヤを決定して前記クラッチ速度を検知するステップと、
前記エンジンが減速するときに前記の接続されたクラッチに加わる圧力を減少させ、それによって車両減速度率を制御するステップと、
前記現時点の接続されたギヤと前記エンジンスロットル位置とに基づいて、初期減速目標エンジン速度を決定するステップと、
前記エンジン速度を前記初期減速目標エンジン速度に向かって減速させるために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを変更するステップと、
減少する前記エンジン速度に対するクラッチ応答によって、前記クラッチ速度が前記初期目標エンジン速度の所定パーセンテージに到達した後に、前記目標エンジン速度を漸増的に再決定し、それによって、前記エンジン速度に前記エンジン減速度曲線の前記減少する目標エンジン速度を追尾させるステップと、
前記エンジンを前記エンジン減速度曲線に沿って減速させるために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを連続的に変更するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - エンジンがスロットル位置に基づいて所定の速度まで加速するとき、エンジンスロットル位置と、接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクの作用的な増大に応答する以後のクラッチ速度の変化とに基づいて、それぞれのギヤに関する所定のエンジン加速度曲線を提供するために、複式クラッチ変速機を有する車両の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを制御する方法であって、
エンジンスロットル位置を決定するステップと、
前記変速機の現時点の接続されたギヤを決定するステップと、
前記の接続されたクラッチの被駆動部材の速度を検知するステップと、
前記の接続されたクラッチを介するトルク伝達の増大が更なるエンジン加速を停止させて前記エンジンを一定速度に保持する、前記現時点のギヤと前記エンジンスロットル位置とに対するエンジンストール速度をルックアップテーブルから選択するステップと、
前記エンジンストール速度に基づいて目標エンジン速度を決定するステップと、
実際のエンジン速度を増加させて前記目標エンジン速度に近づけるために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを増大させるステップと、
前記クラッチ速度が前記エンジンストール速度の所定パーセンテージに到達した後に前記目標エンジン速度を連続的に再決定するステップであって、前記クラッチ速度が増加するエンジン速度に応答して増加し、それによって、前記エンジン速度に前記エンジン加速度曲線の前記上昇する目標エンジン速度を追尾させるステップと、
前記クラッチ速度が前記エンジンストール速度の所定の倍数に達するとき、前記クラッチと前記エンジンとをロックするために、前記の接続されたクラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを増大させるステップと、
を含む方法。
