Description
Claims (1)
- 第1及び第2入力軸と、
出力軸と、
エンジンの回転をそれぞれ前記第1及び第2入力軸に伝達する第1及び第2クラッチを有するデュアルクラッチと、
前記第1入力軸と前記出力軸との間に設けられた奇数変速段の複数の変速歯車列を有し、この複数の変速歯車列から一つの変速歯車列を選択して前記第1入力軸の回転を前記出力軸に伝達する第1歯車伝達機構と、
前記第2入力軸と前記出力軸との間に設けられた偶数変速段の複数の変速歯車列を有し、この複数の変速歯車列から一つの変速歯車列を選択して前記第2入力軸の回転を前記出力軸に伝達する第2歯車伝達機構と、
前記各歯車伝達機構から一つの変速歯車列を選択するとともに手動操作による変速段の切換指令により前記デュアルクラッチの第1及び第2クラッチを切り換えてその選択された変速歯車列により前記エンジンの動力を前記出力軸に伝達するよう制御する制御装置とを備えたデュアルクラッチ式変速機において、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの出力を調整するアクセルの開度を検出するアクセル開度センサと、前記エンジンの回転速度を検出する回転速度センサとの少なくとも一方に接続され、前記アクセル開度センサにより検出されたアクセル開度と、前記回転速度センサにより検出された回転速度と、前記回転速度センサにより検出された回転速度から算出される回転加速度の少なくとも一つが所定の上段プリシフト設定値以上または所定の下段プリシフト設定値以下となると、前記選択された変速歯車列の変速段より一つ上段または下段の変速段となる変速歯車列を前記選択された変速歯車列が属していない方の歯車伝達機構から予め選択するプリシフト制御手段と、
前記プリシフト制御手段により予め選択された変速歯車列が前記デュアルクラッチにより前記エンジンの動力を伝達するように切り換えられていない状態において、前記制御装置は前記アクセル開度と、前記回転速度と、前記回転加速度の少なくとも一つが所定の上段プリシフト解除値以下または所定の下段プリシフト解除値以上になった場合には前記変速歯車列のプリシフトを解除するように制御するプリシフト解除手段とを備えたことを特徴とするデュアルクラッチ式の変速機。
