Abstract
【解決手段】歯車列の噛合完結位置にギヤストッパを持つ歯車変速機構と、歯車変速機構を駆動するアクチュエータと、温度によるセンサドリフトのある進行状況検出センサと、アクチュエータを制御する制御装置と、を備える歯車変速機の制御方法であって、さらに、進行状況検出センサの温度を検出する温度センサを有し、基準温度からの温度変化量に伴って変化する最大センサドリフト量を記憶しており、噛合切替時に最大センサドリフト量[A]を求め、該既得ギヤストッパ位置[C]より該最大センサドリフト量[A]を差し引いた位置を制御ストッパ位置[E]とし、該制御ストッパ位置又はそれより前の制御開始位置[F]で該アクチュエータの駆動速度を制御するようにする。

Description
該歯車変速機は、さらに、該進行状況検出センサの温度を検出する温度センサを有し、
該制御装置は、以前に得られた既得ギヤストッパ位置及び該進行状況検出センサの基準温度からの温度変化量に伴って変化する最大センサドリフト量を記憶しており、かつ、噛合切替時に該温度センサからの入力温度に基づき最大センサドリフト量を求め、該既得ギヤストッパ位置より該最大センサドリフト量を差し引いた位置を制御ストッパ位置とし、該制御ストッパ位置又はそれより前の位置で該アクチュエータの駆動速度を制御するようにすることを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 変速用の歯車列と、該歯車列の噛合いの組合わせを切換えることにより変速を行い噛合完結位置にギヤストッパを持つ歯車変速機構と、該歯車変速機構を駆動するアクチュエータと、該アクチュエータにより駆動される該歯車変速機構の進行状況を感知する温度によるセンサドリフトのある進行状況検出センサと、該進行状況検出センサからの入力に基づいて該アクチュエータを制御する制御装置と、を備える歯車変速機の制御方法であって、
該歯車変速機は、さらに、該進行状況検出センサの温度を検出する温度センサを有し、
該制御装置は、以前に得られた既得ギヤストッパ位置及び該進行状況検出センサの基準温度からの温度変化量に伴って変化する最大センサドリフト量を記憶しており、かつ、噛合切替時に該温度センサからの入力温度に基づき最大センサドリフト量を求め、該既得ギヤストッパ位置より該最大センサドリフト量を差し引いた位置を制御ストッパ位置とし、該制御ストッパ位置又はそれより前の位置で該アクチュエータの駆動速度を制御するようにすることを特徴とする歯車変速機の制御方法。 - 前記既得ギヤストッパ位置は、以前になされた同一組み合わせの噛合切替時に求められ位置である請求項1記載の歯車変速機の制御方法。
- 前記歯車変速機構は噛合切替速度を出力する切替速度センサを有し、
前記制御装置は該切替速度センサに基づいて該アクチュエータの駆動速度を制御するとともに、該制御装置は、さらに、該切替速度に応じて変化する変速開始量を記憶しており、噛合切替時に該切替速度センサからの入力に基づき該変速開始量を求め、前記ギヤストッパ位置より前記最大センサドリフト量及び該変化開始量の両者を差し引いた位置を制御開始位置とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯車変速機の制御方法。 - 前記切替速度センサは、アクセル開度センサ又はエンジントルクセンサである請求項3に記載の歯車変速機の制御方法。
- 前記進行状況検出センサの基準温度は、50〜90℃の範囲内の温度である請求項4に記載の歯車変速機の制御方法。
