次に、本発明の参考例にかかる湿式摩擦材について、図6を参照して説明する。図6(a)は本発明の参考例にかかる湿式摩擦材の一部を示した部分平面図、(b)は本発明の参考例の第1の変形例にかかる湿式摩擦材の一部を示した部分平面図、(c)は本発明の参考例の第2の変形例にかかる湿式摩擦材の一部を示した部分平面図、(d)は本発明の参考例の第3の変形例にかかる湿式摩擦材の一部を示した部分平面図、(e)は本発明の参考例の第4の変形例にかかる湿式摩擦材の一部を示した部分平面図である。

Claims (5)
- 平板リング形状の芯金に前記平板リング形状に沿ってセグメントピースに切断した摩擦材基材を全周両面または片面に接着して、隣り合う前記セグメントピース同士の間隙によって半径方向に複数の油溝が形成されてなるセグメントタイプ摩擦材、若しくは平板リング形状の芯金の全周両面または片面に摩擦材基材を接着した摩擦材を両面または片面プレス加工して半径方向に複数の油溝を形成してなるプレス型摩擦材であって、
前記複数の油溝は、前記内周開口部が前記油溝の中心線に対して20度〜70度の範囲内の角度で左右対称に拡がった油溝と、前記内周開口部から外周開口部までの幅がほぼ均一な油溝とが所定の割合で混在していることを特徴とする湿式摩擦材。 - 前記所定の割合が20%:80%〜80%:20%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式摩擦材。
- 前記20度〜70度の範囲内の角度で左右対称に拡がった部分の高さの前記油溝全体の高さに対する割合が10%〜70%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の湿式摩擦材。
- 前記所定の割合が50%:50%であって、前記内周開口部が左右対称の形状に拡がった油溝と前記内周開口部から外周開口部までの幅がほぼ均一な油溝とが交互に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の湿式摩擦材。
- 前記20度〜70度の範囲内の角度で左右対称に拡がった部分の高さの前記油溝全体の高さに対する割合が30%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の湿式摩擦材。
