Claims (4)
- 環状のプレートの周方向に摩擦材が貼付けられ、前記プレートの径方向に前記プレートの内周側から外周側に向けて連通する油溝が形成されている摩擦板において、
前記摩擦材は、前記油溝を挟んで前記プレートの周方向に対称に向かい合う頂点を具え、
前記油溝は、前記向かい合う頂点から内周側及び外周側の両方向にそれぞれ向けて広がり、
前記向かい合う頂点には、該頂点の間の前記油溝の径方向寸法の中間より内周側に位置する内周側頂点と外周側に位置する外周側頂点があることを特徴とする、
摩擦板。 - 前記摩擦材同士の前記向かい合う頂点が前記プレートの中心角0.5°〜3.5°の範囲内に位置している、請求項1の摩擦板。
- 周方向に隣り合う少なくとも一部の前記油溝において、前記向かい合う頂点が前記内周側にある油溝と前記向かい合う頂点が前記外周側にある油溝が交互に並んでいる、請求項1又は2の摩擦板。
- 前記油溝の中心角が10°〜30°の範囲内にある、請求項1から3のいずれかの摩擦板。
