Description
すなわち、インナクラッチプレートは、正面から見て略円環状をなす金属板よりなるコアプレートと、その表面に固着された複数枚の摩擦材とから構成されている。摩擦材はコアプレートの周方向に沿って複数枚が等間隔おきに配置されるとともに、周方向に延びる摩擦材の列が同心円状をなすように2列設けられている。各摩擦材同士の間にはコアプレートの半径方向に沿って延びる第1油溝と、コアプレートの周方向に沿って延びる第2油溝がそれぞれ形成されている。そして、コアプレートの内周側の摩擦材に対し、外周側の摩擦材が周方向に位置ずれすることにより、第1油溝及び第2油溝は互いにT字状をなすように交差している。

Claims (3)
- トルクコンバータのピストンなどで、トルク伝達を行なう為に摩擦材を表面に貼着した摩擦板において、摩擦材セグメントは小さく分割されて円弧状に湾曲した形状を成し、そして摩擦材セグメントは異なる半径上を間に細い油溝を介在して複数列を成して円周方向に配列すると共に、各円周上の摩擦材セグメントは互いに円周方向に位置ズレし、そして隣り合う摩擦材セグメントの間には細い油溝を形成し、しかも各摩擦材セグメントの両側縁には油溝の溝幅を一定にする為に小さい突片を形成し、摩擦材の内周から外周まで通じる上記油溝をジグザグ状に形成したことを特徴とする湿式摩擦板。
- 上記摩擦材セグメントの一方側縁には1個の突片を形成し、他側縁には2個の突片を形成した請求項1記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 一方の摩擦材セグメント側縁に形成した2個の突片の間に他方の摩擦材セグメント側縁に形成した1個の突片を係合して配列した請求項1、又は請求項2記載の湿式摩擦板。
