前記油溝に隣接する摩擦材の内、一方は、前記中央より外周側に、隣合う前記油溝と連通する外周側連通油溝を具える第一摩擦材であり、他方は、前記中央より内周側に、隣合う前記油溝と連通する内周側連通油溝を具える第二摩擦材であり、
前記第一摩擦材と第二摩擦材が前記周方向に交互に設けられていることを特徴とする摩擦板によって前記課題を解決した。

Claims (5)
- 環状のプレートの摩擦係合面の周方向に摩擦材が貼付けられ、前記プレートの径方向の内周側から外周側に向けて連通する油溝が複数形成されている摩擦板において、
前記油溝は、前記摩擦係合面の内周端から外周端までの中央で角度を持って交わるように形成されている、前記中央より外周側に延びる外周側油溝と、前記中央より内周側に延びる内周側油溝を具え、
前記油溝に隣接する摩擦材の内、一方は、前記中央より外周側に、隣合う前記油溝と連通する外周側連通油溝を具える第一摩擦材であり、他方は、前記中央より内周側に、隣合う前記油溝と連通する内周側連通油溝を具える第二摩擦材であり、
前記第一摩擦材と第二摩擦材が前記周方向に交互に設けられていることを特徴とする、
摩擦板。 - 前記外周側油溝と内周側連通油溝が直線状に連通している、請求項1の摩擦板。
- 前記内周側油溝と外周側連通油溝が直線状に連通している、請求項1又は2の摩擦板。
- 前記外周側油溝に対向する前記第一摩擦材に第一油溜り凹部が設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれかの摩擦板。
- 前記内周側油溝に対向する前記第二摩擦材に第二油溜り凹部が設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれかの摩擦板。
