Abstract
【課題】リニアソレノイドバルブおよびその駆動回路のグランドショートを確実に検出することができる診断装置を提供する。
【解決手段】入力されるON−OFF信号に基づいてリニアソレノイドバルブ1に電流を供給して弁開度を可変に調整するスイッチング手段3と、そのスイッチング手段3から上記リニアソレノイドバルブ1に至る電流を検出する電流検出手段4と、その電流検出手段4からの検出電流値を基に上記リニアソレノイドバルブが目標開度となるよう上記スイッチング手段3にON−OFF信号を出力する制御手段5とで駆動回路2が構成され、その駆動回路2と上記リニアソレノイドバルブ1との間でのグランドショートを診断するための診断装置10において、上記スイッチング手段3に入力されるON−OFF信号の切替えを検出し、所定時間当たりのON−OFFの切替回数が所定回数以下のときに、グランドショート異常と判断するグランドショート検出手段5を備えたものである。

Claims (3)
- 入力されるON−OFF信号に基づいてリニアソレノイドバルブに電流を供給して弁開度を可変に調整するスイッチング手段と、そのスイッチング手段から上記リニアソレノイドバルブに至る電流を検出する電流検出手段と、その電流検出手段からの検出電流値を基に上記リニアソレノイドバルブが目標開度となるよう上記スイッチング手段にON−OFF信号を出力する制御手段とで駆動回路が構成され、その駆動回路および上記リニアソレノイドバルブのグランドショートを診断するための診断装置において、
上記スイッチング手段に入力されるON−OFF信号の切替えを検出し、所定時間当たりのON−OFFの切替回数が所定回数以下のときに、グランドショート異常と判断するグランドショート検出手段を備えたことを特徴とする診断装置。 - 上記リニアソレノイドバルブは、流体圧で作動する変速クラッチを、断接するための流体圧調整弁をなし、
上記グランドショート検出手段は、グランドショート異常と判断した回数をカウントし、そのカウントされた累積回数が所定の累積回数以上のときに、上記変速機の変速を禁止する請求項1記載の診断装置。 - 上記グランドショート検出手段は、イグニッションキーによるエンジン停止時に、上記累積回数を0に設定すると共に、上記変速機の変速禁止の解除する請求項2記載の診断装置。
