サンプルA:Docanプロセスにより製造された2層式材料であり、ここで、上部のシートは、PPから作製された20gsmの不織布、下部シートは、PP/PE−Bicoから作製された23gsmの不織布を有する。
サンプルB:サンプルAと同様
サンプルC:PPから作製された30gsmの単層であり、Docanプロセスによって製作される。
サンプルD:Cと同様であるが、わずか25gsmである。
サンプルE:PPから作製された、30gsmの単層不織布であり、S−Tex法により製造された。
Claims (9)
- 穿孔ローラ(4)と、
対向ローラ(5)であって、該穿孔ローラ(4)と該対向ローラ(5)とは、不織布(6)を穿孔するように該穿孔ローラ(4)が該対向ローラ(5)に係合するギャップ(9)を形成し、該不織布(6)は、該ギャップ(9)を通過することにより、穿孔された不織布(10)になる、対向ローラ(5)と、
該不織布(6)を該対向ローラ(5)に供給する不織布供給デバイス(8)であって、該穿孔されるべき不織布(6)が該ギャップ(9)に供給され、穿孔される前に、該穿孔されるべき不織布(6)が該対向ローラ(5)に供給されるように配置された不織布供給デバイス(8)と、
該穿孔ローラ(4)から該不織布を送り出す不織布送り出しデバイス(12)であって、該穿孔された不織布(10)が該ギャップ(4)を去った後に、該穿孔された不織布(10)が該穿孔ローラ(4)に留まるように配置された不織布送り出しデバイス(12)と
備えた、不織布穿孔デバイス(1)。 - 前記穿孔ローラ(4)は、ピンローラである、請求項1に記載の不織布穿孔デバイス(1)。

該穿孔ローラ(4)と該対向ローラ(5)との係合を介する該ギャップ(9)において該不織布(6)を穿孔することと、
該ギャップ(9)から不織布送り出しデバイス(12)に該不織布(6)を供給することと
を包含し、
該不織布供給デバイス(8)と該対向ローラ(5)との間の該不織布(6)は、該対向ローラ(5)に巻き付く前に、事前に1.5%〜10%延伸され、
