Abstract

一種複合網狀薄層物,包含一格網,及一底膜,該格網具有複數條彼此間隔交錯排列的網線、複數個由該些網線定義出之網格,及彼此反向之一第一表面及一第二表面,該底膜與該格網的第一表面連接且具有多個開孔,利用該具有多個開孔並與該格網連接的底膜,不僅可減低複合網狀薄層物的邊緣網線脫線的問題,而提升其使用壽命,且也不影響該複合網狀薄層物整體的透氣性。

Description

複合網狀薄層物
本發明是有關於一種網狀薄層物,特別是指一種具有複合結構的網狀薄層物。
生活中常會利用一些具有網格結構的製品,例如,利用具有網格結構之紗網製成紗窗,或是具有網格結構之鞋面製成鞋子...等,利用該網格結構的特性達到同時具備透氣及阻隔的功能。然而,以紗窗為例,一般是利用尼龍絲編織成具有複數網格的紗網,再將其鑲嵌於窗框後而得,而由於尼龍絲的材質較硬,所以容易在使用或製作過程中,在紗網的邊緣產生脫線或是網格變形的問題,使得紗窗會有防護性降低或是使用壽命減少的缺點,而且利用尼龍絲編織的製品要變化編織圖案時需變動製程,而增加製程複雜度,因此一般而言其編織圖案變化較少,成品亦較為單調。
所以,提供一種可減少邊緣脫線問題、提升使用壽命且可具有不同圖案變化的網格結構製品,以更方便使用者使用,一直是本技術領域業者不斷改良的方向之一。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可減少邊緣脫線問題、提升使用壽命的複合網狀薄層物。
於是,本發明複合網狀薄層物包含一格網,及一底膜。
該格網具有複數條彼此間隔交錯排列的網線、複數個由該些網線定義出之網格、和由該些網線及網格共同界定且彼此反向的一第一表面及一第二表面。
該底膜與該第一表面黏接,具有多個對應該些網格的開孔,該每一開孔具有一自該第一表面延伸到該第二表面的孔壁。
本發明之功效在於:利用具有多個開孔並與該格網連接的底膜的複合網狀薄層物,不僅可利用該底膜減低該格網邊緣脫線的問題,提升該複合網狀薄層物的使用壽命,此外,由於該底膜還會形成多個開孔,因此,也不會影響該複合網狀薄層物整體的透氣性。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之一個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
參閱圖1,本發明複合網狀薄層物的一較佳實施例包括一格網1,及一底膜2。
該格網1具有複數條由高分子材料構成且彼此間隔交錯排列的網線11、複數個由該些網線11定義出之網格12,和由該些網線11及網格12共同界定且彼此反向的一第一表面13及一第二表面14。該些網線11的材質可為高分子材料,例如,聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、尼龍(nylon),或者為玻璃纖維或金屬網等,但不以前述材料為限,較佳地,該些網線11的材質選自聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、尼龍(nylon),且該些網格12的網目可為相同或不相同。
該底膜2貼合於該第一表面13並與該些網線11黏接,具有多個對應該些網格12的開孔21。
該底膜2可由與該些網線11相同或不同的高分子材料構成,較佳地,該底膜2是由熱塑性高分子材料所構成,更佳地,該底膜2為選自於聚胺脂(PU)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)的熱塑性高分子材料。
該每一開孔21具有一自該第一表面13延伸到該第二表面14的孔壁211,且該些開孔21的孔徑不大於該些網格14。圖1所示為該些開孔21係對應所有的網格12且該些孔壁211為對應穿過所有該些網格12的態樣。
利用具有與該格網1連接的底膜2,不僅可減低該格網1邊緣的網線11脫線的問題,以提升該複合網狀薄層物的使用壽命,此外,由於該複合網狀薄層物還具有多數對應該些網格12的開孔21,因此,也不會影響整體的透氣性。
參閱圖2,該些開孔21還可視用途需求及設計,僅對應部分網格12而形成預定之圖案,如此,即可藉由該些開孔21的排列,令該複合網狀薄層物顯示出不同的圖案變化造成更多的視覺差異性。
要說明的是,該複合網狀薄層物還可包含一介於該格網1與該底膜2之間的黏著劑層,藉由該黏著劑層可更確保該格網1與該底膜2之間的黏著性。
參閱圖3,前述該複合網狀薄層物之較佳實施例的製作方法是:
先準備該格網1,將一由高分子材料構成的薄膜100蓋覆於該格網1的第一表面13,然後將該薄膜100加熱至接近該薄膜100的熔化溫度(melting temperature),令該薄膜100黏貼於該第一表面13。
要說明的是,當該薄膜100與該網線11材料不同,或兩者親合性過低時,該薄膜100與該格網1之間的接著也可單獨或是再配合利用一黏著劑而令彼此黏接;該黏著劑可塗覆在該些網線11或是該薄膜100的其中一表面,於此是以該黏著劑塗覆在該薄膜100的表面為例作說明,然後再將該薄膜100具有該黏著劑的表面蓋覆於該格網1,並令該黏著劑固化形成該黏著劑層後,即可將該薄膜100與該格網1的貼合。該黏著劑可為熱熔膠、反應性膠,或感壓膠等。
接著準備一成型裝置3,該成型裝置3包含一成型模具31及一抽氣單元32,且該成型模具31包括一具有複數個穿孔312的成型部311。要說明的是,該成形模具31可以是單層,也可以具有複數層,於本實施例中該成形模具31是以單層為例作說明。
然後將該格網1的第二表面14,也就是沒有蓋覆該薄膜100的一面,置放於該成型部311的表面,並利用該抽氣單元32自該成型部311反向該格網1的方向經由該些穿孔312對該薄膜100進行抽氣,令該薄膜100於對應該些網格12的位置經由該抽氣單元32的抽氣作用破裂而形成該些如圖1所示的開孔21,即可得到該複合網狀薄層物。藉由該底膜2與該格網1的貼合不僅可減低邊緣網線11脫線的問題,提升該複合網狀薄層物的使用壽命,此外,由於該底膜2還會形成多個對應該些網格12位置的開孔21,因此,也不會影響該複合網狀薄層物整體的透氣性。
參閱圖4,值得一提的是,該底膜2還可具有多條自該孔壁211穿過該第二表面14向外延伸的絨毛22。
該些絨毛22是該薄膜100於進行抽氣破孔的過程中,藉由抽氣壓力的控制令該些孔壁211進一步穿過該第二表面14向外延伸而形成,可令該複合網狀薄層物具有不同的觸感;此外,配合參閱圖5,圖5是該複合網狀薄層物的側面剖視圖,該些絨毛22也可在破孔的過程進一步包覆該些網線11的表面,且該些絨毛22可完全包覆或是至少部分包覆該些網線11的表面,如圖5所示,而可再提昇該底膜2與該格網1之間的接著性。
參閱圖6,本發明複合網狀薄層物的一個第二較佳實施例包括一格網1,及一底膜2。
該格網1的結構及構成材料與該第一較佳實施例大致相同因此不再多加贅述。
該底膜2與該些網線11黏接,且部分會黏接於該些網線11的內緣,由於該底膜2的構成材料與該第一較佳實施例相同因此也不再說明。特別的是,該底膜2還具有一圖紋區23,且該圖紋區23是由至少一種與該底膜2不同之顏色或花紋所構成。
該每一開孔21具有一自該第一表面13延伸到該第二表面14的孔壁211,且該些開孔21的孔徑不大於該些網格12。要說明的是,該些開孔21可視使用及設計需求而形成於該圖紋區23區內、圖紋區23區外,或是形成於部分的圖紋區23內,圖6係表示該些開孔21為形成於部分的該圖紋區211內的態樣。
利用同時具有該些開孔21及該圖紋區23圖案設計的複合網狀薄層物,不僅可讓該複合網狀薄層物保有透氣及防護隔離的特性,還可不須經由改變該些網線11的編織製程即可輕易得到具有更多圖案變化的複合網狀薄層物。
前述該第二較佳實施例的製作方法大致與該第一較佳實施例相同,不同處在於將該薄膜100與該格網1貼合之前須先將該薄膜100進行前處理,先將該薄膜100形成由不同花紋或是不同顏色構成之該圖紋區23後,再將該形成圖紋區23的薄膜100與該格網1貼合,如此,則可再進一步利用加工後形成的該些開孔21的位置設置,而得到具有更多視覺變化的複合網狀薄層物。
該圖紋區23可利用熱壓印或是網印方式而形成不同之花紋或顏色;此外,要再說明的是,該底膜2的構成材料或是用於印刷形成該圖紋區23的油墨也可混入具有抗菌或滅蚊效果等的成分,以增加最終產品的應用性。
值得一提的是,當該些開孔21為完全對應形成於該圖紋區23內,並讓該些孔壁211於成型過程同時包覆該些網線11遠離該第一表面13的一側,並向該第二表面14延伸包覆,可令該圖紋區23的圖案藉由該些孔壁211的延伸而呈現於該第二表面14,如此,即可同時於該格網1的第二表面14呈現與該圖紋區23相同的圖案。
此外,要再說明的是,前述該第一、二較佳實施例的製作方法是先將該薄膜100加熱黏接於格網1表面之後,再利用該成型裝置4對該薄膜100進行抽氣破孔。但本發明的複合網狀薄層物的製作方法並不以前述為限,例如,當該成型裝置3還包含一加熱單元(圖未示)時,也可先將該格網1與薄膜100依序置於該成型裝置3的表面之後,同時進行加熱與抽氣,使其一次成型而製得所欲得到的成品。
本發明的複合網狀薄層物係藉由將該薄膜100黏貼於該些網線11,有效的將該些位於該格網1網邊的網線11固定,而可減少邊緣網線11脫落的問題;此外,藉由該些開孔21及圖紋區23的配合,不僅可讓該複合網狀薄層物保有透氣及防護隔離的特性,還可令該複合網狀薄層物在不需變更原製程條件的情形下即可具有更多的圖案變化而更適用於多種用途,故確實可達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種複合網狀薄層物,包含:一格網,具有複數條彼此間隔交錯排列的網線、多個由該些網線共同定義出之網格,和由該些網線及網格共同界定且彼此反向的一第一表面及一第二表面;一底膜,與該第一表面黏接,具有多個對應該些網格的開孔,該每一開孔具有一自該第一表面延伸到該第二表面的孔壁。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中,該些開孔的口徑不大於該些網格。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中,該底膜還具有一圖紋區,該些開孔可形成於該圖紋區內,或是形成於該圖紋區外。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中,該圖紋區是由至少一種與該底膜不同的顏色或花紋所構成。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中,該底膜會包覆該些網線遠離該第一表面的一側。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中該些網線選自高分子材料、玻璃纖維或金屬。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中該底膜選自熱塑性高分子材料。
  8. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,還包含一介於該格網與該底膜之間的黏著劑層。
  9. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中,該底膜還具有多條絨毛,該些絨毛是自該些孔壁穿過該第二表面向外延伸。
  10. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複合網狀薄層物,其中,該些絨毛是完全包覆或是部分包覆該些網線。
