Description
前記塗工剤には、前記顔料として、古紙処理工程から排出される脱墨フロスを主原料とし、該主原料を脱水工程、乾燥工程、焼成工程、粉砕工程を経て得られ、焼成工程において凝集させて得られた再生顔料凝集体が含有されており、
白紙光沢度が30%以上50%以下であり、前記白紙光沢度と印刷光沢度との差が30%以上であり、写像性試験機による写像性数値を10〜35%に調整することを特徴とする塗工紙を提供することによって達成される。

Claims (3)
- 基材の表裏面の少なくとも一方の面に、顔料及び接着剤を主成分とする塗工剤を塗工して形成される下塗り塗工層と、上塗り塗工層との2層の塗工層を有する印刷用の塗工紙であって、
前記塗工剤には、前記顔料として、古紙処理工程から排出される脱墨フロスを主原料とし、該主原料を脱水工程、乾燥工程、焼成工程、粉砕工程を経て得られ、焼成工程において凝集させて得られた再生顔料凝集体が含有されており、
白紙光沢度が30%以上50%以下であり、前記白紙光沢度と印刷光沢度との差が30%以上であり、写像性試験機による写像性数値を10〜35%に調整することを特徴とする塗工紙。 - 前記2層の塗工層の合計厚みの平均が5〜12μmであり、塗工紙緊度が1.0〜1.2g/cm3であり、PPS平滑度が0.7〜1.0μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗工紙。
- 前記再生粒子凝集体は、カルシウム、ケイ素、及びアルミニウムを、X線マイクロアナライザーによる元素分析において、酸化物換算で30〜82:9〜35:9〜35の質量割合で含有し、かつ、前記カルシウム、前記ケイ素、及び前記アルミニウムの合計含有割合が90質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の塗工紙。
