Description
前記炉体内にファンを設置し、このファンにより前記炉体内のガスを前記乾留物を通して前記断熱槽内において強制循環させるとともに、前記断熱槽のキャスタブル断熱材で構成された内壁面の炉内ガスの循環流が衝突して直角に方向を変えられる箇所に耐磨耗材を装着するものとする(請求項1)。

Claims (2)
- 不活性ガス雰囲気を形成するキャスタブル断熱材で構成された断熱槽を設け、この断熱槽の内部に炉体を設置するとともに、外側に加熱コイルを設置し、前記炉体内に被乾留物を収容し、この炉体を前記加熱コイルにより誘導加熱することにより前記被乾留物を乾留処理するようにしてなる誘導加熱式乾留炉において、
前記炉体内にファンを設置し、このファンにより前記炉体内のガスを前記乾留物を通して前記断熱槽内において強制循環させるとともに、断熱槽のキャスタブル断熱材で構成された内壁面の炉内ガスの循環流が衝突して直角に方向を変えられる箇所に耐磨耗材を装着したことを特徴とする誘導加熱式乾留炉。 - 前記耐磨耗材を非磁性材で構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱式乾留炉。
