[本装置の作用]
まず、筐体1が水平横向き状態を初期状態とし、この状態で蓋体2を開けてドラム内部に被処理物Wを投入する。

Claims (7)
- 断熱構造で有底筒状を成し、熱源により内部を高温雰囲気下に形成すると共に開放口に開閉する蓋体を設けた筐体と、
前記筐体内の底面部で回転軸を軸受支持し、かつ該筐体の内周面との間に所定の離隔空間をもって回転すると共に内周面に螺旋状の内周羽根を有する有底円筒状のドラムと、
該ドラムの前記回転軸を回転自在に貫通し、一端側をドラムの筒心上に固定配置すると共に他端側を前記筐体外側へ延出して送気手段に連結した送気管と、
該送気管の外周側に連通して取付け、かつ外周面に多数の噴出孔を有する1又は2以上のノズル管と、
前記ドラムの開放口から前記離隔空間へ連通した流通管と、
前記蓋体側を上昇させて筐体全体を適宜に傾斜させるジャッキ装置と、
から成ることを特徴とする乾燥処理装置。 - 前記送気管が、その外周面に多数の通気孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の乾燥処理装置。
- 前記送気管内に、管内を流れる気体を攪拌させる攪拌手段を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1、又は2記載の乾燥処理装置。
- 前記攪拌手段が、鉱物、セラミック、金属、非金属、及び磁性材のいずれか又はこれらの組合せを含有させて成形した成形体であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の乾燥処理装置。
- 前記成形体が、管径が縮径と拡径を繰り返すと共に周側面に複数の開口を設けた管状の気体接触ピースであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の乾燥処理装置。
- 前記送気管に、流れる気体に特定粒子を添加するための特定粒子発生装置を連結していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、又は5記載の乾燥処理装置。
- 前記特定粒子が、荷電粒子、磁化粒子、帯電粒子、のいずれか又はこれらの組合せであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の乾燥処理装置。
