Abstract
【解決手段】循環ファン6の羽根12を連結板14によりファン中心部のボス13に連結することにより、遠心力の作用する羽根12を中心部の剛性の高いボス13で支え、羽根の遠心力をボスと側板11とに分散させて側板11の応力を低減する。

Description
羽根12が連結板14によりボス13に連結されている点である。循環ファン6の各部は鋼材からなり、やはり鋼材(鋼板)からなる方形の連結板14は、周縁が溶接により羽根12、主板10及びボス13に接合されている。図示構成によれば、ファン回転時に羽根12に作用する遠心力は、連結板14を介してボス13に分担されるため、側板11の負担が軽減されて発生応力が減少し、炉内高温下においても側板11が破損する危険がなくなる。

Claims (2)
- 被乾留物を収容した炉体を不活性ガス雰囲気の炉内で誘導加熱し、前記被乾留物を乾留処理する誘導加熱式乾留炉において、
遠心式の循環ファンを炉内に設置し、この循環ファンで炉内ガスを循環させながら乾留処理を行うこととし、かつ前記循環ファンの羽根を連結板によりファン中心部のボスに連結したことを特徴とする誘導加熱式乾留炉。 - 前記連結板と前記羽根とを一体に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱式乾留炉。
