Description
Claims (6)
- 材料投入路(17)とともに蓋(16)を備える予熱部(5)と、
前記予熱部(5)の下方の溶解部(6)と、
バーナー(9)を上部に備える傾斜炉床(15)と、
前記溶解部(6)で前記バーナー(9)によって溶解された後に前記傾斜炉床(15)上を流れる溶融材料(1a)を受け入れて溶融材料(1a)の温度を上昇させる加熱部(7)と、
火炎を放射する温度調整バーナー(12)を備え、溶融材料を貯留する温度調整部(3)と、
傾斜又は湾曲した底部を特徴とし、前記加熱部(7)から溶融材料(1a)を前記温度調整部(3)に流し込む接続路(2)と、
前記接続路(2)を形成する隔壁(10)であって、前記加熱部(7)内の溶融材料(1a)の液面及び前記温度調整部(3)内の溶融材料(1b)の液面よりも低く位置する下縁部(13)を有する隔壁(10)と、
溶融材料の出湯口(4)と、を備え、
前記温度調整部(3)は、閉システムであり、
前記温度調整バーナー(12)は、前記温度調整部(3)内の酸素濃度を1%〜5%又は1%未満となるよう制御される、溶解炉。 - 溶融材料(1a),(1b),(1c)の液面レベルを制御又は検出して酸化物(21a)が前記温度調整部(3)内に流れ出ることを防止するセンサー(8)を更に備え、
前記センサー(8)は、前記出湯口(4)に近接して配置される、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。 - 前記温度調整バーナー(12)は、フラットフレームバーナーである、請求項1又は2に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記温度調整部(3)は、炉壁の一部又は天井蓋(11)に設置された熱交換器(20)を更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶解炉。
- 前記温度調整部(3)は、扉を有しない閉システムである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の溶解炉。
- 前記加熱部(7)には、酸化物除去扉(14a)、(14b)が設けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の溶解炉。
