Description

Claims (4)
- 中空状に形成された中空形材であって、
押出し成形されるものであり、
押出し方向に垂直な断面内における一方向の幅が押出し方向に沿って一定の平行部と、前記一方向における幅が押出し方向に沿って異なっている傾斜部とが一体的に形成されている押出し中空形材の成形装置であって、
押出し方向に対して傾斜した方向に延びるガイド溝を有する成形孔が設けられた固定ダイスと、
前記ガイド溝に沿って移動可能に配設される可動ダイスとを備え、
前記固定ダイスは、前記成形孔の内面間に架設される基部と、この基部の下流側端部から成形孔内を下流に向けて延出される孔成形部とを有し、
前記可動ダイスは、前記孔成形部との間に間隙を残した状態で前記成形孔内に配設されている押出し中空形材の成形装置。 - 前記成形孔は、押出し方向に平行な一対の対向平面を有するものであり、
前記ガイド溝は、この対向平面上を押出し方向に対して傾斜した方向に延びるように形成されている請求項1に記載の押出し中空形材の成形装置。 - 中空状に形成された中空形材であって、
押出し成形されるものであり、
押出し方向に垂直な断面内における一方向の幅が押出し方向に沿って一定の平行部と、前記一方向における幅が押出し方向に沿って異なっている傾斜部とが一体的に形成されている押出し中空形材の成形方法であって、
押出し方向に対して傾斜した方向に延びるガイド溝を有する成形孔が設けられた固定ダイスと、前記ガイド溝に沿って移動可能に配設される可動ダイスとを備え、前記固定ダイスには、前記成形孔の内面間に架設される基部と、この基部の下流側端部から成形孔内を下流に向けて延出される孔成形部とが設けられた成形装置を使用し、
前記可動ダイスを停止した状態で前記平行部を押出す一方、前記可動ダイスを前記ガイド溝に沿って移動させながら前記傾斜部を押出す押出し中空形材の成形方法。 - 前記可動ダイスの移動速度を変えることによって押出し方向に沿う幅の変化率を異ならせる請求項3に記載の押出し中空形材の成形方法。
