Description
必須構成成分としてi)化学式1の化合物と、ii)化学式5の化合物の中から選択された一つ以上を含み、選択的構成成分としてiii)化学式3及び化学式4の化合物の中から選択された一つ以上を含み、
前記非水系溶媒が、鎖状カーボネート系溶媒と環状カーボネート系溶媒を含む。かかる組成を有するリチウム2次電池用有機電解液を利用すれば、アノード表面にて界面特性にすぐれるSEI層を形成でき、イオン伝導度が低下せずに電池のスウェリングを効果的に抑制できる。
エチレンカーボネート30体積部、ジメチルカーボネート5体積部、エチルメチルカーボネート55体積部、化学式5の化合物のうちの一つであるフルオロベンゼン10体積部(10.24重量部、密度:1.024)及び化学式1の2(5H)−フラノン0.35重量部を混合し、そこにLiPF6を付加して1.15M濃度になるように有機電解液を製造した。
化学式1の2(5H)−フラノンの含量が0.3重量部であり、化学式2の2(3H)−フラノン0.05重量部をさらに付加したことを除いては、参考製造例1と同じ方法により実施して有機電解液を製造した。
化学式1の2(5H)−フラノンの含量が0.3重量部であり、化学式3の化合物のうちの一つである4−メトキシ−2(5H)−フラノン0.05重量部をさらに付加したことを除いては、参考製造例1と同じ方法により実施して有機電解液を製造した。
化学式1の2(5H)−フラノンの含量が0.3重量部であり、化学式4の化合物のうち一つである4、5−ジメチル−VC 0.05重量部をさらに付加したことを除いては、参考製造例1と同じ方法により実施して有機電解液を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート30体積部、ジメチルカーボネート5体積部、エチルメチルカーボネート55体積部、フルオロベンゼン10体積部を混合し、そこにLiPF6を付加して1.15M濃度になるように有機電解液を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート30体積部、ジメチルカーボネート5体積部、エチルメチルカーボネート55体積部、ビニルスルホン0.35重量部を混合し、そこにLiPF6を付加して1.15M濃度になるように有機電解液を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート50体積部、プロピレンカーボネート50体積部、化学式1の2(5H)−フラノン6重量部を混合し、そこにLiPF6を付加して1.2M濃度になるように有機電解液を製造した。
LiCoO2 96重量部、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)2重量部及び電子の移動を改善するためのカーボン導電剤2重量部を混合し、そこにN−メチルピロリドン(NMP)及びセラミックボールを付加した後で、その混合物を200mlのプラスチックビンに入れて10時間よく混錬してカソード活物質組成物を準備した。なお、セラミックボールは、電極活物質とポリビニリデンフルオライドのような高分子が互いに固まりにならずよく分散されるようにするためであり、後述するアノード活物質組成物への添加も同様の理由による。
高分子電解質形成用の組成物は、VdF−HFPコポリマー形成用モノマー溶液(15g)を前記参考製造例1、2、製造例1または2により準備された電解液100mlの入っている250mlビンに入れた後、これを80℃のオーブンに1時間ほど放置した後でこれを強く振って完全に溶かして準備した。
有機電解液として、参考製造例1、2、製造例1または2の有機電解液の代わりに比較製造例1または2により準備された有機電解液を使用したことを除いては、「実施例1及び参考実施例1」と同じ方法により実施して角形リチウム二次電池を製造した。かように組み立てられた電池(充放電前)の厚さは5.9mmであった。
有機電解液として、参考製造例1、2、製造例1または2の有機電解液の代わりに比較製造例1または2により準備された有機電解液を使用したことを除いては、「実施例2及び参考実施例2」と同じ方法により実施して角形リチウム二次電池を製造した。かように組み立てられた電池(充放電前)の厚さは5.0mmであった。
有機電解液として、参考製造例1、2、製造例1または2の有機電解液の代わりに参考製造例3の有機電解液を使用し、3電極システム(Li/カーボン/Li)電池を製造した。
Claims (10)
- 前記化学式1の化合物と、化学式5の化合物の中から選択された一つ以上と、化学式3の化合物と化学式4の化合物の中から選択された一つ以上との総含量が、前記非水系溶媒100重量部に対して0.01ないし50重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。
- 「前記化学式1の化合物」(A)と、
「前記化学式5の化合物の中から選択された一つ以上と、化学式3の化合物及び化学式4の化合物の中から選択された一つ以上の総重量」(B)との混合重量比(A):(B)は、1:1.5ないし1:40であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。 - 前記環状カーボネート系溶媒と鎖状カーボネート系溶媒との混合体積比が1:1ないし1:4であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。
- 前記鎖状カーボネート系溶媒が、ジメチルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート及びジプロピルカーボネートよりなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。
- 前記環状カーボネート系溶媒が、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート及びブチレンカーボネートよりなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。
- 前記化学式4の化合物が、ジメチルビニレンカーボネートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。
- 前記化学式5の化合物が、フルオロベンゼン、ジフルオロベンゼン、トリフルオロベンゼン、テトラフルオロベンゼン、ペンタフルオロベンゼンまたはヘキサフルオロベンゼンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiClO4、LiCF3SO3、LiPF6、LiN(CF3SO2)、LiBF4、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiN(C2F5SO2)2よりなる群から選択された一つ以上であり、
リチウム塩の濃度は、0.5〜2Mであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液。 - カソードと、
アノードと、
請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項のリチウム2次電池用有機電解液とを含むことを特徴とするリチウム電池。
