Abstract
【解決手段】パネルモジュール20は、第一基板21、第二基板22、第一光学性膠G1および第二光学性膠G2を含む。第一および第二光学性膠G1、G2は第一および第二基板間21、22に設置され、第一光学性膠G1は第一基板21から突出し、第二光学性膠G2は、第一基板21と第二基板22を接着する。特に、第二光学性膠G2の固化前の粘性は第一光学性膠G1より小さい。これにより、第一及び第二基盤の接着時の曲げや変形が防止される。

Claims (13)
- パネルモジュールであって、
第一基板と、
第二基板と、
前記第一基板上に設置され、且つ、前記第一および第二基板間に位置し、前記第一光学性膠が前記第一基板から突出し、前記パネルモジュールの中央近くに位置する第一光学性膠、および
前記第一および第二基板間に設置され、前記第一基板と前記第二基板を接着する第二光学性膠と、
を含むことを特徴とするパネルモジュール。 - 前記第二光学性膠の固化前の前記粘性は前記第一光学性膠より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記パネルモジュールは、さらに、前記第一基板上に、ドットマトリクスパターンで配置された複数の第一光学性膠を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記パネルモジュールは、さらに、異なる高さの複数の第一光学性膠を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記第一光学性膠の高さは、前記パネルモジュールの中央から辺縁に向かって徐々に低くなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記第一および第二光学性膠はUV硬化材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記パネルモジュールは、さらに、前記第一および第二基板を接続し、それらの間に一定距離を形成する複数の支承構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記支承構造はほぼ長方形で、前記第一光学性膠を囲み、前記隣接する支承構造は通気口を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記パネルモジュールはさらに複数の第一光学性膠を含み、前記第一光学性膠はほぼ長方形で、前記第一基板上で互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記パネルモジュールはさらに複数の第一光学性膠を含み、前記第一光学性膠はほぼ長方形で、前記第一基板上に迷路構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記パネルモジュールはさらに複数の第一光学性膠を含み、前記第一光学性膠は、異なる幅の長方形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 前記第一光学性膠は、前記第一および第二基板間を接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
- 第一光学性膠は前記第二光学性膠により包まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルモジュール。
