【目的】 ダクターチャンネルの端を、Ｈ鋼またはＩ型
鋼の上に伏せた状態で容易に固定できる金具を提供す
る。 【構成】ダクターチャンネルの溝の中に挿入できる寸法
のクランプ状の金具本体と、締め付け用固定ボルトで構
成する。固定ボルトおよびそのねじのサイズは、ｗ３／
８とする。

Description
【０００１】
ダクターチャンネルを伏せた状態で、その端をＨ鋼やＩ型鋼の上に固定する場 合に、従来から一応の専用金具はある。しかしサイズが２種類あることに加えて 数種類の部品を組立てて使用するなど、取り扱いが不便なため必ずしも用いられ ることは少なく、溶接あるいは在り合わせの物を利用していることの方が多い。 しかし、いずれの場合もその作業に手間取り不便である。

ダクターチャンネルの内側に、予めダクターチャンネルクランプを挿入してお く。ダクターチャンネルの固定位置が決まったら、ダクターチャンネルの内側を Ｈ鋼あるいはＩ型鋼と共に、固定ボルトを締め付けることによって挟む。

ダクターチャンネルの固定作業が数秒で容易にできる上に、固定後の位置変更 作業にも対応が簡単である。この用途以外にも、クランプ作用を利用して建築に よく使われる長尺のｗ３／８ボルトを鉄骨に固定する金具として活用できる。
