Abstract
Description
図1は、ハイブリッド車両1の概略構成図である。ハイブリッド車両1には、エンジン10から駆動輪13までの動力伝達経路に、K0クラッチ14、モータ15、トルクコンバータ18、及び変速機19が順に設けられている。エンジン10及びモータ15は、ハイブリッド車両1の走行用駆動源として搭載されている。エンジン10は、内燃機関の一例であり、例えばV型6気筒ガソリンエンジンであるが気筒数はこれに限定されず、直列型のガソリンエンジンであってもよい。K0クラッチ14、モータ15、トルクコンバータ18、及び変速機19は、変速ユニット11内に設けられている。変速ユニット11と左右の駆動輪13とは、ディファレンシャル12を介して駆動連結されている。
図2は、エンジン10の概略構成図である。エンジン10は、気筒30、ピストン31、コネクティングロッド32、クランクシャフト33、吸気通路35、吸気弁36、排気通路37、及び排気弁38を有している。図2には、エンジン10が有する複数の気筒30のうちの一つのみが表示されている。気筒30では混合気の燃焼が行われる。ピストン31は、各気筒30に往復動可能に収容され、エンジン10の出力軸であるクランクシャフト33にコネクティングロッド32を介して連結されている。コネクティングロッド32は、ピストン31の往復運動をクランクシャフト33の回転運動に変換する。
このように構成されたエンジン10に対して、ECU100は、ハイブリッドモードにおいて所定の停止条件が成立した場合に自動停止させ、所定の自動再始動条件が成立した場合に自動再始動させる間欠運転制御を実行する。自動停止条件は、例えばハイブリッドモードにおいてアクセル開度が0になった場合である。自動再始動条件は、例えばエンジン10の自動停止後にアクセル開度が0よりも大きくなってエンジン10への要求トルクが0よりも大きくなった場合である。
図3は、ECU100が実行する自動再始動時の燃料噴射制御の一例を示したフローチャートである。本制御では、イグニッションがオンの状態で所定の周期ごとに繰り返し実行される。ECU100は、エンジン10への自動再始動要求があるか否かを判定する(ステップS1)。ステップS1でNoの場合には、本制御は終了する。

Claims (6)
- 圧縮行程での燃料噴射である圧縮行程噴射と吸気行程での燃料噴射である吸気行程噴射とを実行可能な筒内噴射弁、及び前記筒内噴射弁に供給される燃料圧力を調整する燃圧調整機構、を有した内燃機関と、
前記筒内噴射弁及び前記燃圧調整機構を制御することにより、自動停止した前記内燃機関の自動再始動時での燃料噴射制御を実行する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
自動再始動要求があってから前記圧縮行程噴射を第1の回数実行すると共に、前記燃料圧力を所定値に制御する第1の制御部と、
前記圧縮行程噴射の前記第1の回数の実行後に、前記吸気行程噴射を第2の回数実行すると共に、前記燃料圧力を前記所定値よりも低下させる第2の制御部と、を備えた内燃機関システム。 - 前記筒内噴射弁に供給される燃料を蓄圧する蓄圧機構を備え、
前記第2の制御部は、前記燃圧調整機構を制御することにより前記蓄圧機構への燃料供給を停止した状態で前記吸気行程噴射を実行することにより前記燃料圧力を低下させる、請求項1の内燃機関システム。 - 前記第2の制御部は、前記要求トルクが小さいほど、前記第2の回数を増大させる、請求項2の内燃機関システム。
- 前記第2の制御部は、前記要求トルクが所定トルク以上の場合に、前記第2の回数を0に設定する、請求項3の内燃機関システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の制御部は、前記要求トルクが大きいほど、前記第1の回数と前記第2の回数との合計回数を減少させる、請求項1乃至4の何れかの内燃機関システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の制御部は、前記内燃機関の温度が低いほど、前記燃料圧力を高く制御する、請求項1乃至5の何れかの内燃機関システム。
