Claims (10)
- 炭素繊維を陽極として、硝酸、硫酸、リン酸、酢酸、重炭酸アンモニウム、水酸化ナトリウム、又は硝酸カリウムである電解液に入れる工程と、
表面処理を行い、陽極電解による活性酸素によって前記炭素繊維の表面を酸化して、酸素含有官能基を導入する工程と、を含む炭素繊維の製造方法。 - 前記炭素繊維は、レーヨン繊維、ピッチ繊維、又はポリアクリロニトリル繊維である請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記電解液は、導電率値が200~3000ms/cmである請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記電解液は、温度が15~40℃に制御される請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理において、電圧を5~40Vに制御することを含む請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理において、供給される電力が3~40クーロン/グラムである請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理の時間は5~90秒である請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記電解液は、硫酸、重炭酸アンモニウム、又はリン酸であり、前記電解液の導電率値が250~700ms/cmであり、前記表面処理において、供給される電力が15~25クーロン/グラムである請求項1に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- タイプ3のボトル又はタイプ4のボトルであるボトル本体と、
前記ボトル本体を覆い、表面酸素濃度が5~35%であり、表面粗さが5~25ナノメートルである炭素繊維と、を含む炭素繊維複合ボトル。 - 前記炭素繊維の引張強さは5100MPaよりも大きい請求項9に記載の炭素繊維複合ボトル。
