Claims (18)
- セラミック変換体要素(20)の製造方法であって、
・ 出発材料としての蛍光体を準備する段階、
・ 前記蛍光体と少なくとも1つの金属酸化物粉末とを混合して混合物を形成する段階、
・ 前記混合物を処理して、前記蛍光体がセラミックマトリックス材料内に埋め込まれたセラミック変換体材料を形成する段階
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記蛍光体が、ドープされたガーネット、酸化物系蛍光体、窒化物系蛍光体、酸窒化物系蛍光体、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体がドープされたガーネットを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属酸化物粉末が、ドープされていないガーネット、希土類元素の酸化物、遷移金属の酸化物、アルカリ元素の酸化物、アルカリ土類元素の酸化物、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体および前記金属酸化物粉末が、二次相および/または不純物不含である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ドープされたガーネットがYAGを含み且つ前記金属酸化物粉末がYAGおよび/またはAl2O3を含むか、または前記ドープされたガーネットがLuAGを含み且つ金属酸化物粉末がLuAGおよび/またはAl2O3を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体がランタノイドから、特にCeおよび/またはGdから選択されるドーパントを含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体が0.5μm≦d50≦40μmの範囲から選択されるd50、およびd90≦45μmの粒子サイズを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体が少なくとも90%の量子効率QEを有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合が混練を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、少なくとも1つの添加剤を前記混合物に添加してスラリーを形成すること、前記スラリーをテープキャスティングしてグリーン部材を形成すること、前記グリーン部材を予備焼成および/または結合剤除去し、そして焼結してセラミック変換体材料を形成することを含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結を、湿潤または乾燥水素雰囲気下で、または乾燥または湿潤水素・窒素雰囲気下で実施する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加剤が、水、結合剤、脱泡剤、分散剤、可塑剤およびそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 一次波長の電磁放射線を発する活性層積層体(10)、および
前記活性層積層体(10)のビーム経路に施与され且つ前記一次波長を少なくとも部分的に二次波長へと変換するセラミック変換体要素(20)
を含む光電子部品であって、前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が少なくとも90%の量子効率を有する、前記光電子部品。 - 前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造される、請求項14に記載の光電子部品。
- 前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が、Ceおよび/またはGdドープされたYAG、Ceおよび/またはGdドープされたLuAGおよびそれらの混合物から選択される蛍光体を含む、請求項14または15に記載の光電子部品。
- 前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が、YAGおよびAl2O3およびそれらの組み合わせから選択されるマトリックス内に埋め込まれたCeおよび/またはGdドープされたYAGを含むか、または前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が、LuAGおよびAl2O3およびそれらの組み合わせから選択されるマトリックス内に埋め込まれたCeおよび/またはGdドープされたLuAGを含む、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項に記載の光電子部品。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されたセラミック変換体要素(20)。
