Claims (9)
- セラミック変換体要素(20)の製造方法であって、
・ 出発材料としての蛍光体を準備する段階、ここで、前記蛍光体はガーネットを含み、前記ガーネットはCeドープされている、
・ 前記蛍光体と少なくとも1つの金属酸化物粉末とを混合して混合物を形成する段階、ここで、前記CeドープされたガーネットはYAGを含み且つ前記金属酸化物粉末はドープされていないYAG、またはドープされていないYAGおよびAl2O3を含む、
・ 前記混合物を処理して、前記蛍光体がセラミックマトリックス材料内に埋め込まれたセラミック変換体材料を形成する段階
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記蛍光体および前記金属酸化物粉末が、二次相不含である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体が0.5μm≦d50≦40μmの範囲から選択されるd50、およびd90≦45μmの粒子サイズを有する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体が少なくとも90%の量子効率QEを有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合が混練を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、少なくとも1つの添加剤を前記混合物に添加してスラリーを形成すること、前記スラリーをテープキャスティングしてグリーン部材を形成すること、前記グリーン部材を予備焼成および/または結合剤除去し、そして焼結してセラミック変換体材料を形成することを含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結を、湿潤または乾燥水素雰囲気下で、または乾燥または湿潤水素・窒素雰囲気下で実施する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加剤が、水、結合剤、脱泡剤、分散剤、可塑剤およびそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 一次波長の電磁放射線を発する活性層積層体(10)、および
前記活性層積層体(10)のビーム経路に施与され且つ前記一次波長を少なくとも部分的に二次波長へと変換するセラミック変換体要素(20)
を含む光電子部品であって、前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が少なくとも90%の量子効率を有し、
前記セラミック変換体要素(20)が蛍光体および金属酸化物粉末を含み、
前記蛍光体はガーネットを含み、前記ガーネットはCeドープされており、
前記セラミック変換体要素(20)は、ドープされていないYAG、またはドープされていないYAGおよびAl2O3から選択されるマトリックス内に埋め込まれたCeドープされたYAGを含み、
前記蛍光体および金属酸化物粉末は二次相不含である、前記光電子部品。
