Description
Claims (14)
- 照明ユニットを有する照明デバイスであって、前記照明ユニットは、(i)光源光を生成するように構成された光源と、(ii)前記光源光の少なくとも一部をルミネセント材料光へと変換するように構成されたルミネセント材料とを有し、当該照明デバイスは、前記ルミネセント材料光の少なくとも一部を有する照明デバイス光を生成するように構成され、前記ルミネセント材料は、前記ルミネセント材料の励起帯域内での前記光源光による励起を受けて前記ルミネセント材料光を提供するように構成され、前記光源は、30nm以下の半値全幅を持つ前記光源光を提供するように構成され、且つ、前記光源は、前記励起帯域の等吸収点において前記ルミネセント材料を励起するように構成される、照明デバイス。
- 前記ルミネセント材料は、可視スペクトルの青色波長域内に等吸収点を有する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源は、青色光源光を生成するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 当該照明デバイスは、前記ルミネセント材料を有するコンバータを有し、該コンバータはコンバータ表面を有し、前記光源は光出射表面を有し、前記コンバータ表面は、前記光出射表面と物理的に接触しないように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源は、ピーク最大値を持つ前記光源光を提供するように構成され、前記ピーク最大値は、前記等吸収点の5nm以内で選択され、前記光源光は、5nm以下の半値全幅を持ち、当該照明デバイスは、前記ルミネセント材料を有するコンバータを有し、該コンバータはコンバータ表面を有し、前記光源は、前記コンバータの前記コンバータ表面上に少なくとも1W/cm2の放射照度をもたらすパワーで、前記コンバータ表面に前記光源光を提供するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源はレーザを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 当該照明デバイスは、スポット状のルミネセント材料を有し、前記スポットは最大で1mm2の面積を持つ、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ルミネセント材料は、A3B5O12:Ce3+のクラスのセリウムドープされたガーネット材料を有し、Aは、Y、Gd、Tb及びLuからなる群から選択され、Bは、Al、Ga及びScからなる群から選択されている、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記照明デバイス光は、(i)前記ルミネセント材料光の少なくとも一部、又は(ii)前記ルミネセント材料光の少なくとも一部と前記光源光の一部、で構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 当該照明デバイスは更に、複数の前記照明ユニットを有し、各照明ユニットが、対応するルミネセント材料光を提供するように構成され、前記照明デバイス光は、前記ルミネセント材料光のうちの1つ以上を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 当該照明デバイスは、50−200℃の範囲にわたるルミネセント材料温度で|Δx|≦0.03及び/又は|Δy|≦0.03の範囲内の色点変化を持つ白色照明デバイス光を提供するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイスを有する照明装置。
- 当該照明装置は更に、1つ以上の更なる照明デバイスを有し、前記照明デバイス及び前記1つ以上の更なる照明デバイスは、白色照明デバイス光を提供するように構成される、請求項12に記載の照明装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイスを有する自動車用ランプ。
