Abstract
Description
樹脂成形品を保持する成形品保持部315と、
不要樹脂を保持する樹脂保持部313と、
前記成形品保持部315に対して相対的に上下に昇降可能となるように前記樹脂保持部313を支持する昇降支持部314と、
を具備するものである。
前記不要樹脂と接する樹脂吸着パッド313b(吸着パッド)と、
前記樹脂吸着パッド313bが取り付けられる樹脂吸着管部313a(パッド取付部)と、
を具備し、
前記昇降支持部314は、前記樹脂吸着管部313aを上下に昇降可能となるように支持するものである。
前記樹脂吸着管部313aと一体的に昇降可能な戻しプレート314b(昇降部)と、
前記戻しプレート314bの昇降範囲を規定するガイド用シャフト314c(可動範囲規定部)と、
を具備するものである。
リードフレーム10(成形対象物)を樹脂成形することにより前記樹脂成形品を得る成形型210と、
前記成形型210によって樹脂成形された前記樹脂成形品を搬送するアンローダ310(搬送機構)と、
を具備するものである。

Claims (8)
- 樹脂成形品を保持する成形品保持部と、
不要樹脂を保持する樹脂保持部と、
前記成形品保持部に対して相対的に上下に昇降可能となるように前記樹脂保持部を支持する昇降支持部と、
を具備する搬送機構。 - 前記樹脂保持部は、
前記不要樹脂と接する吸着パッドと、
前記吸着パッドが取り付けられるパッド取付部と、
を具備し、
前記昇降支持部は、前記パッド取付部を上下に昇降可能となるように支持する、
請求項1に記載の搬送機構。 - 前記昇降支持部は、
前記パッド取付部と一体的に昇降可能な昇降部と、
前記昇降部の昇降範囲を規定する可動範囲規定部と、
を具備する、
請求項2に記載の搬送機構。 - 前記昇降支持部は、前記樹脂保持部を下方に向かって力を付与する付与部をさらに具備する、
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の搬送機構。 - 前記昇降支持部は、前記付与部により付与される力を調整することが可能な調整部をさらに具備する、
請求項4に記載の搬送機構。 - 前記樹脂保持部によって保持された前記不要樹脂を下方に向かって押圧する押圧部をさらに具備する、
請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の搬送機構。 - 成形対象物を樹脂成形することにより前記樹脂成形品を得る成形型と、
前記成形型によって樹脂成形された前記樹脂成形品を搬送する請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の搬送機構と、
を具備する樹脂成形装置。 - 請求項7に記載の樹脂成形装置を用いて樹脂成形品を製造する、
樹脂成形品の製造方法。
