Claims (20)
- 表示領域および非表示領域を含む表示パネルと、
前記表示領域および前記非表示領域の両方におけるスキャンラインと、
前記非表示領域における前記スキャンラインにスキャン信号を供給するように構成されたスキャン駆動部と、
前記表示領域および前記非表示領域の両方におけるエミッションラインと、
前記表示領域の発光期間においてオンになるエミッショントランジスタのゲート電極に接続される前記エミッションラインに接続され、前記発光期間においてオフになるスキャントランジスタのゲート電極に接続される前記スキャンラインに接続される行方向における複数のサブピクセルと、
前記非表示領域の前記スキャン駆動部に隣接する前記エミッションラインにエミッション信号を供給するように構成されたエミッション駆動部と、を備え、前記エミッション駆動部は、複数のステージを備え、前記複数のステージのうち、k番目のステージは、
前記エミッションラインに接続される第1出力ノードと、
前記非表示領域におけるQノード、O2ノード、およびQBノードと、
前記Qノードによって制御され、前記表示領域における前記第1出力ノードと第k+1番目のステージと前記エミッションラインとにターンオン電圧を提供するように構成されたプルダウン回路と、
前記表示領域の前記第1出力ノードと前記第k+1番目のステージと前記エミッションラインとにターンオフ電圧を提供するように構成された前記O2ノードによって制御されプルアップ回路と、
第1クロック信号によって制御され、前記Qノードに第k-1番目のステージの第1出力ノードの電圧を提供するように構成された第1制御部と、
第2クロック信号によって制御され、前記QBノードを制御するように構成された第2制御部と、
前記O2ノードを充電または放電し、前記QBノードを用いることによって前記プルアップ回路を制御するように構成された第3制御部と、
前記Qノードの電圧を安定化するように構成された第4制御部と、を含み、
kは1以上の自然数である、
電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1クロック信号および前記第2クロック信号は、1水平期間の周期においてロー電圧およびハイ電圧の間をスイングし、互いに反対の位相を持つ、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第4制御部は、前記Qノードに接続される第1電極と、前記第2クロック信号を供給する第2クロック信号ラインに接続される第2電極と、を含む第2コンデンサを備える、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記プルダウン回路は、前記Qノードに接続されるゲート電極と、前記ターンオン電圧を供給するロー電圧ラインに接続される第1電極と、前記第1出力ノードに接続される第2電極と、を含む第7トランジスタを備え、
前記プルアップ回路は、前記O2ノードに接続されるゲート電極と、前記ターンオフ電圧を供給するハイ電圧ラインに接続される第1電極と、前記第1出力ノードに接続される第2電極と、を含む第8トランジスタを備える、請求項3に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記プルダウン回路は、前記Qノードに接続される第1電極と、前記第1出力ノードに接続される第2電極と、をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1制御部は、前記第1クロック信号が入力される第1クロック信号ラインに接続されるゲート電極と、前記k-1番目のステージの前記第1出力ノードに接続される第1電極と、前記Qノードに接続される第2電極と、を含む第1トランジスタを備える、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1クロック信号ラインは前記第3制御部に接続される、請求項6に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第2クロック信号が入力される第2クロック信号ラインは、前記第4制御部を介して前記Qノードに接続される、請求項7に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第4制御部は前記Qノードに形成される寄生容量を減少するQノード安定化部を備え、
前記Qノード安定化部はトランジスタであり、前記Qノード安定化部の第1電極は前記Qノードを介して前記プルダウン回路に接続され、前記Qノード安定化部の第2電極はQ’ノードを介して前記第1制御部に接続される、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第4制御部は、前記第4制御部の複数の電圧間の衝突を減少または防止するように構成された動作マージン拡大部をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第3制御部はコンデンサをさらに備え、
前記コンデンサに接続される少なくとも1つのトランジスタが前記第3制御部にあり、前記少なくとも1つのトランジスタ(T5、T6)はダブルゲート型のトランジスタであり、
前記コンデンサの第1接続部は、前記第4制御部における前記トランジスタのゲート電極および前記第3制御部におけるトランジスタ(T4)の第1電極に接続され、
前記コンデンサの第2接続部は前記第2制御部に接続される、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第3制御部は、
第3トランジスタT3と、
第4トランジスタT4と、
第5トランジスタT5と、を備え、
前記第3トランジスタT3、前記第4トランジスタT4、および前記第5トランジスタT5は、互いに直列に接続され、
前記第3トランジスタT3は前記k-1番目のステージの前記第1出力ノードの前記電圧によって制御される、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第3トランジスタT3の第1電極は、ハイ電圧が供給されるハイ電圧ラインに接続され、前記第3トランジスタT3の第2電極は前記第4トランジスタT4に接続され、前記第3トランジスタT3のゲート電極は前記第1制御部に接続され、
前記第4トランジスタT4の第1電極は、前記第3トランジスタT3に接続され、前記第4トランジスタT4の第2電極は前記第5トランジスタT5に接続され、前記第4トランジスタT4のゲート電極は前記第1クロック信号が入力される第1クロック信号ラインに接続され、

- 前記第4制御部は、第1電極と第2電極とを含む第6トランジスタを備え、
前記第6トランジスタの前記第1電極は、前記Qノードに接続され、
前記第6トランジスタの前記第2電極は、前記ターンオフ電圧が供給されるハイ電圧ラインに接続される、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。 - 前記エミッションラインに接続される前記複数のサブピクセルは、少なくとも2つの異なるエミッション領域を持つ、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記スキャントランジスタ、前記エミッショントランジスタ、および前記エミッション駆動部に含まれる前記トランジスタは、p型のトランジスタであり、前記ターンオン電圧がローレベル電圧であるとき、前記エミッショントランジスタがターンオンされる、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。
- 前記O2ノードは第2出力ノードであり、前記O2ノードは前記k+1番目のステージの第2制御部に接続される、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示装置。
