Claims (7)
- 人工小腸有機および無機緩衝液(SOB)アッセイ法であって、下記工程:
1)アミンポリマーを提供する工程、
2)pH6.2に緩衝化された50mM 2-(N-モルホリノ)エタンスルホン酸(MES)、50mM 酢酸ナトリウム、36mM 塩化ナトリウム、7mM リン酸ナトリウム、1.5mM クエン酸ナトリウム、30mM オレイン酸および5mM タウロコール酸ナトリウムを含むSOB緩衝液をアミンポリマーに添加し、最終ポリマー濃度2.5mg/mlを達成する工程、
3)混合物を回転式ミキサーで撹拌しながら37℃で2時間インキュベートする工程、
4)600マイクロリットルの上清を取る工程、
5)上清を濾過する工程、
6)濾液を希釈する工程、および
7)イオンクロマトグラフィーを使用してアニオン含量を測定する工程
を含む、アッセイ法。 - アミンポリマーが液密スクリューキャップを備えたガラス管において提供されるものである、請求項1に記載のSOBアッセイ法。
- ガラス管が16×100mmガラス管である、請求項2に記載のSOBアッセイ法。
- 96ウェルガラスフィルタープレートを使用して上清を濾過する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のSOBアッセイ法。
- ガラスフィルタープレートが底に取り付けた収集プレートを有するものである、請求項4に記載のSOBアッセイ法。
- フィルタープレートおよび収集プレートを1000×gで1分遠心分離する、請求項5に記載のSOBアッセイ法。
- シリンジフィルターを使用して上清を濾過する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のSOBアッセイ法。
