Abstract
Description
上記カーボンブラックの平均粒子径が45nm以上であり、
上記ゴム成分100質量部に対し、上記カーボンブラックの含有量が50質量部以下であり、上記金属酸化物の含有量が40~180質量部である、ゴム組成物を提供する。
ゴム成分100質量部に対して、表1の配合処方に従って各成分を配合し、通常のバンバリーミキサーを用いて混練して実施例1~3および比較例1~5のゴム組成物を調製した。表1に記載の各成分を以下に示す。なお、表に記載の各成分の配合量の単位は相対的な「質量部」であり、表中の「-」は、その成分を配合していないことを示す。
カーボンブラックGPF:商品名「シーストV」、平均粒子径62nm、ヨウ素吸着量26mg/g、東海カーボン株式会社製
カーボンブラックSRF:商品名「シーストS」、平均粒子径66nm、ヨウ素吸着量30mg/g、東海カーボン株式会社製
シリカ:商品名「ニップシールAQ」、東ソー・シリカ株式会社製
アロマオイル:商品名「アロマックス3」、JXTGエネルギー株式会社製
老化防止剤:商品名「アンチゲン6C」、住友化学株式会社製
硫黄:油処理150メッシュ粉末硫黄、鶴見化学工業株式会社製
加硫促進剤:商品名「ノクセラーNS-P」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製
実施例および比較例で得られたゴム組成物を金型に流し込み、150℃にて20分加熱および加硫して加硫ゴムを作製した。
実施例および比較例で得られたゴム組成物について、JIS K6300-1に準拠し、ムーニー粘度計により、125℃のムーニー粘度最低値(Vm)およびスコーチタイム(t5[分])を測定した。Vmが小さいほど加硫中の粘度が低いことを示し、t5が小さいほど加硫速度が速くなることを示す。Vmが小さいと加工性が優れる。また、t5が小さいと加硫速度が速く加工性が劣り、t5が大きいと加硫速度が遅く加工性が優れる。なお、t5が大きすぎると加硫の時間が長くなり生産性が劣ることとなる。
実施例および比較例で得られた加硫ゴムについて、JIS K6253に準拠し、タイプAデュロメーターにてゴム硬度を測定した。さらに、JIS3号ダンベルを使用して作製したサンプルを、JIS K6251に準拠して引張強度[MPa]および破断伸び[%]を測定した。
東亜ディーケーケー株式会社製「ULTRA MEGOHMMETER」を使用し、印加電圧500V、サンプルゴム形状100×100[mm]、厚さ2[mm]、シート主電極外径5cm、23℃にて体積抵抗率[Ω・cm]を測定した。
実施例および比較例で得られた加硫ゴムについて、JIS K6262に準拠し、厚さ方向に25%圧縮し70℃で96時間放置後の圧縮永久歪特性[%]の値を測定した。数値が小さいほど、長時間加熱後の圧縮永久歪が低いため、加硫ゴムの耐熱性に優れることを意味する。
Claims (7)
- ゴム成分、カーボンブラック、および金属酸化物を含有し、
前記カーボンブラックの平均粒子径が45nm以上であり、
前記ゴム成分100質量部に対し、前記カーボンブラックの含有量が50質量部以下であり、前記金属酸化物の含有量が40~180質量部である、ゴム組成物。 - 前記ゴム成分はジエン系ゴムを含む請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 防振ゴム用である請求項1または2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記金属酸化物は酸化亜鉛を含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 鉄道車両用である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- さらに硫黄を含む請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項6に記載のゴム組成物の加硫物である加硫ゴム。
