酸無水物系硬化剤:30wt%~60wt% …(2)
反応性希釈剤:5wt%~30wt% …(3)
ナノフィラー55:(1)~(3)の混合物全体に対し2wt%~30wt%
Claims (7)
- 導電体の外周部に形成される絶縁構造に含浸されるレジンを製造する方法であって、
エポキシ樹脂にナノフィラーを15wt%以上の割合で混合して混合物を生成するフィラー混合工程と、
前記混合物をせん断混合するせん断混合工程と、
前記せん断混合工程後の混合物に、前記エポキシ樹脂の粘度を低下させる反応性希釈剤を混合する希釈剤混合工程と、
前記希釈剤混合工程後の混合物に、酸無水物硬化剤を混合する硬化剤混合工程と、
を含むレジン製造方法。 - 前記フィラー混合工程後の混合物の粘度は、100P以上である、
請求項1に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 前記希釈剤混合工程後の混合物の粘度は、10P以下である、
請求項2に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 前記希釈剤混合工程後の混合物に対し、前記ナノフィラーの分散性を評価する分散性評価工程を更に含み、
前記硬化剤混合工程は、前記分散性評価工程において前記ナノフィラーの分散性が所定の基準を満たしていると評価された場合に実行される、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂は、脂環式エポキシ樹脂を含む、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 前記反応性希釈剤は、ブチルグリシジルエーテルを含む、
請求項5に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 導電体の外周部に形成される絶縁構造を製造する方法であって、
ナノフィラーを含むレジンを製造するレジン製造工程と、
前記導電体の外周部に巻回された非導電性のテープ状部材に前記レジンを含浸させる工程と、
を含み、
前記レジン製造工程は、
エポキシ樹脂に前記ナノフィラーを15wt%以上の割合で混合して混合物を生成するフィラー混合工程と、
前記混合物をせん断混合するせん断混合工程と、
前記せん断混合工程後の混合物に、前記エポキシ樹脂の粘度を低下させる反応性希釈剤を混合する希釈剤混合工程と、
前記希釈剤混合工程後の混合物に、酸無水物硬化剤を混合する硬化剤混合工程と、
を含む、
絶縁構造製造方法。
