R2R3R4Si−R1−N=C=O (I)

(A)一般式(II)のカルバマトオルガノシランを、好ましくは蒸留塔の下に配置された分解装置へ供給すること、
R2R3R4Si−R1−NH−CO−OR (II)
ここで
Rは、1から10個の炭素原子を含む一価のアルキルラジカルまたは6から12個の炭素原子の一価の芳香族基であり、
R1は、1から6個の炭素原子を含む二価の炭化水素ラジカルであり、そしてR2、R3およびR4は、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、メトキシ、エトキシ、n−プロポキシおよびイソプロポキシラジカルからなる群から独立して選択され、
(B)供給されたカルバマトオルガノシランを、分解装置内のカルバマトオルガノシランをイソシアナトオルガノシラン、アルコール、未反応のカルバマトオルガノシラン、および重質物を含む反応生成物混合物に熱解離するのに有効な温度および圧力に加熱すること、
(C)下部および上部を有する蒸留塔において、好ましくは、分解装置から得られた蒸気を分離のために蒸留塔の下部に運ぶことによって、90%を超える純度を有するイソシアナトオルガノシランを残りの反応生成物混合物から分離すること、および
(D)蒸留塔の下部と蒸留塔の上部との間に位置している側流から90%を超える純度を有するイソシアナトオルガノシランを収集することを含み、そして
ここで蒸留塔の下部の長さと蒸留塔の上部の長さの比は2:1から10:1である。
成分A:3−イソシアナトプロピルトリメトキシシラン

成分C:1,3,5−トリス[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]イソシアヌレート(「三量体」)
Claims (21)
- 一般式(I)の高純度イソシアナトオルガノシランの製造方法であって、
R2R3R4Si−R1−N=C=O (I)
(A)一般式(II)のカルバマトオルガノシランを分解装置に供給すること、
R2R3R4Si−R1−NH−CO−OR (II)
ここで
Rは、1から10個の炭素原子を含む一価のアルキルラジカルまたは6から12個の炭素原子の芳香族基であり、
R1は、1から約6個の炭素原子を含む二価の炭化水素ラジカルであり、そしてR2、R3およびR4は、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、メトキシ、エトキシ、n−プロポキシおよびイソプロポキシラジカルからなる群から独立して選択され、
(B)供給されたカルバマトオルガノシランを、イソシアナトオルガノシラン、アルコール、未反応のカルバマトオルガノシラン、および重質物を含む反応生成物混合物にカルバマトオルガノシランを熱解離するのに有効な温度および圧力に加熱すること、
(C)下部および上部を有する蒸留塔において、約90%を超える純度を有するイソシアナトオルガノシランを残りの反応生成物混合物から分離すること、および
(D)蒸留塔の下部と蒸留塔の上部との間に位置する側流を通して、約90%を超える純度を有するイソシアナトオルガノシランを収集することを含み、そして
ここで蒸留塔の下部の長さと蒸留塔の上部の長さの比は、約2:1から約10:1である、方法。 - 蒸留塔の下部と蒸留塔の上部の長さの比が約3:1から約5:1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が連続的な方法である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- カルバマトオルガノシランは、Rが1から約3個の炭素原子を含む一価のアルキルラジカルであり、R1は、1から約3個の炭素原子を含む二価の炭化水素ラジカルであり、そしてR2、R3、およびR4は、メチル、エチル、メトキシ、およびエトキシラジカルからなる群から独立して選択されるようなものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- カルバマトオルガノシランは、メチルN−(3−トリメトキシシリプロピル)カルバメート、エチルN−(3−トリエトキシシリプロピル)カルバメートおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- カルバマトオルガノシランを熱解離するのに有効な温度および圧力が、約150℃から約300℃、および約2から約500ミリバールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアナトオルガノシランが、3−イソシアナトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3−イソシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(B)が、触媒を使用することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(B)が、分解装置に溶媒を加えることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分解装置から重質物を取り出すことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(B)の反応混合物中のイソシアナトオルガノシランおよびアルコールを蒸気混合物として蒸留塔の上部に送ることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(C)が、蒸気混合物からアルコールを除去すること、蒸留塔の上部の上に配置された部分凝縮器によってイソシアナトオルガノシランを液相に凝縮すること、および液相を蒸留塔の上部に再導入して約90%を超える純度を有する分離されたイソシアナトオルガノシランをもたらすことをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ステップ(C)で分離され、ステップ(D)で収集されるイソシアナトオルガノシランの純度が約92%を超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(D)で収集されたイソシアナトオルガノシランの収率が、供給されたカルバマトオルガノシランの重量に対する収集されたイソシアナトオルガノシランの重量に基づいて約60%以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(D)で収集されたイソシアナトオルガノシランの収率が、供給されたカルバマトオルガノシランの重量に対する収集されたイソシアナトオルガノシランの重量に基づいて約65%以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(D)の側流が、蒸留塔の下部からの出口点に位置している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(D)で側流を介して収集される、約90%を超える純度を有するイソシアナトオルガノシランが、流体力学的に安定なシステムを提供する速度で蒸留塔から取り出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸留塔が単一の蒸留塔である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上部および下部を有する蒸留塔であって、ここで上部は上出口点および下入口/出口点を有し、そして下部は上出口点および下入口/出口点を有し、そしてここで蒸留塔の下部の長さと蒸留塔の上部の長さの比は、約2:1から約10:1であり、そしてここで側流取り出しは、下部の上出口点の場所に位置している、蒸留塔。
- 請求項19に記載の蒸留塔を含む蒸留システムであって、蒸留塔の上部の上に配置され、上出口点を介してそれに接続された部分凝縮器をさらに含む蒸留システム。
- 蒸留塔の下部の下に配置され、下入口/出口点を介してそれに接続された分解装置をさらに備える、請求項20に記載の蒸留システム。
