Abstract

付加製作、例として3次元(3D)印刷は、典型的には建材の一部を特定の位置で固化させることによる、物体を製作するための技法を提供する。付加製作技法は、ステレオリソグラフィ、選択堆積モデリング法(selective deposition modeling)または熱溶解積層法(fused deposition modeling)、直接複合製造法(direct composite manufacturing)、薄膜積層法(laminated object manufacturing)、多相ジェット固化法(multi-phase jet solidification)、弾道粒子製造法(ballstic particle manufacturing)、粒子堆積法、レーザー焼結法またはその組み合わせを包含してもよい。多くの付加製作技法は、典型的には所望される物体の断面である、連続的な層を形成することによって物体を作る。典型的には、各層は、既に形成された層または物体がその上に組立てられる基板のいずれかに接着するように形成される。ステレオリソグラフィとして知られる付加製作への1つのアプローチにおいて、固体物は、硬化性ポリマー樹脂の薄層を、典型的には第1層を基板上へ、および次いで重ねて、連続的に形成することによって創作される。化学線への曝露は、液体樹脂の薄層を硬化し、それを硬くし、既に硬化された層へ、または、ビルドプラットフォーム(build platform)の底部表面へ接着させる。

Claims (30)
- 付加製造された(additively-manufactured)物品を生成する方法であって、該方法が、以下:
第1前駆体構成要素、および第1前駆体構成要素とは異なる少なくとも第2前駆体構成要素を含む硬化性材料であって、ここで、第1前駆体構成要素が、有効量の化学線に供与されるとき硬化するように構成され、および第2前駆体構成要素が、水分またはガスに供与されるとき硬化するように構成される、前記材料を提供すること;
硬化性材料を化学線に曝露し、中間体ポリマー構造を生成し、ここで、2次前駆体構成要素が、かかる中間体ポリマー構造中に懸濁されること;および
中間ポリマー構造を充分な水分またはガスに曝露し、2次前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させ、それによって物品を生成すること、
を含む、前記方法。 - 硬化性材料が、第1前駆体構成要素および第2前駆体構成要素の混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硬化性材料をビルドプラットフォームへ提供するのに先立ち、硬化性材料が、第1前駆体構成要素および第2前駆体構成要素を混合することによって形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 硬化性材料が、少なくとも1ヶ月の貯蔵寿命を有するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成された物品が、相互侵入ポリマーネットワーク(interpenetrating polymer network)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成された物品が、125%以上の破断伸度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成された物品が、50以上のショアA硬度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成された物品が、5MPa以上の引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硬化性材料における第1前駆体構成要素対第2前駆体構成要素の比率が、15:85以上および95:5以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素が、イソシアナート末端モノマーまたはオリゴマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素が、ウレタン、エステル、またはエーテル種を含む、モノマーまたはオリゴマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素が、触媒を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1前駆体構成要素が、光開始剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ビルドプラットフォーム上に固体材料の層を形成することによって物品を製作するように構成される付加製作(additive fabrication)デバイスにおいて物品を形成する方法であって、方法が、以下:
第1前駆体構成要素第および第1前駆体構成要素とは異なる少なくとも第2前駆体構成要素を含む硬化性材料を、ビルドプラットフォーム上に提供すること;
第1前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることによって第1層を形成すること;
第1層上に硬化性材料を提供すること;
第1層上に堆積された硬化性材料の第1前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることによって第2層を形成すること;および
続いて、第1層および第2層中の第2前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させること;
を含む、前記方法。 - 第1前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることが、第1前駆体構成要素を有効量の化学線に曝露することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることが、物品を、湿度、熱、および/または有効量の化学線に曝露することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素を硬化させるための有効量の化学線が、第1前駆体構成要素を硬化させるための有効量の化学線とは異なる、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 第1前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることが、硬化性材料を、50%以下の湿度に曝露することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることが、物品を、1%以上および100%以下の湿度に曝露することを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 第1前駆体構成要素が、アクリルまたはその誘導体を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2前駆体構成要素が、イソシアナートまたはその誘導体を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
