Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ESTABILIZAçãO DA VISCOSIDADE DE COMPOSIçõES CURáVEIS POR RADIAçãO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de artigos tridimensionais por estereolitografia usando uma composição curável por radical que compreende uma mistura de pelo menos um composto cationicamente polimerizável e/ou pelo menos um composto polimerizável por radicais livres, pelo menos um material de carga e pelo menos um fotoiniciador para polimerização catiónica e/ou por radicais. Um material orgânico estabilizador da viscosidade pode ser colocado em conato com a composição, para retardar ou impedir substancialmente um aumento indesejável da viscosidade e a subseq³ente polimerização prematura. Um material de carga é opcionalmente adicionado à composição, em uma quantidade eficaz para retardar ou impedir um aumento significativo da viscosidade e a polimerização. O processo é particularmente adequado para estabilizar resinas em banhos de estereolitografia. A presente invenção também refere-se a artigos curados resultantes do dito processo e a um processo para a fabricação das ditas composições curáveis por radiação e a composições estabilizadas resultantes delas.
