Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para aplicar um primer sobre uma superfície (preferencialmente uma parte de veículo), compreendendo: i) aplicação de um primer curável por radiação UV na área a ser aplicado um primer; ii) cura do primer com radiação UV fornecida por uma ou mais lâmpadas de UV tendo uma proporção de UV-B:UV-A de 1:1 ou menos, o primer curável por radiação UV compreendendo: A. 0-84% em peso de um ou mais compostos contendo um grupo polimerizável etilenicamente insaturado, livre de radical, por molécula; B. 5-50% em peso de um ou mais compostos contendo dois ou mais grupos polimerizáveis etilenicamente insaturados, livres de radical, por molécula; C. 10-70% em peso de um ou mais pigmentos, agentes de carga e/ou corantes; D. 1-8% em peso de um ou mais fotoiniciadores; E. 0-20% em peso de solvente orgânico volátil; e F. 0-15% em peso de aditivos comuns.
