Abstract

본 발명은 석판인쇄가능한 플라스틱 필름을 제공한다. 플라스틱 필름상에 석판인쇄를 가능하게 하는 코팅 조성물로 플라스틱 필름을 코팅한다. 이 코팅 조성물은 아크릴 결합재, 구체적으로 아크릴 중합체와 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체의 혼합물, 1종 이상의 미립자 충전재, 구체적으로 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 점토, 활석, 이산화티탄 및 그 혼합물, 계면활성제 및 임의성분으로 자외선 안정화제를 함유한다. 코팅 조성물은 석판인쇄를 위해 플라스틱 필름에 도포한다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 토팅의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 비닐 불포화를 가진 카르복실산 중합체, 비닐 불포화를 가진 카르복실산의 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 20 내지 80중량%의 1종 이상의 결합제; (b) 코팅의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 실리카, 활석, 규조토, 칼슘 실리케이트, 벤토나이트 및 점토로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 20 내지 80중량%의 1종 이상의 잉크 수용성(receptivity) 향상 미립자; (c) 코팅의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 0 내지 15중량%의 1종 이상의 자외선 안정화제 첨가제; (d) 코팅의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 내지 10중량%의 표면 활성제를 함유하는, 열가소성 기재의 석판인쇄용 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (e) 불투명도 향상 무기 미립자 및/또는 안료 부여 미립자를 추가로 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제[1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르복실산의 중합체가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 그 에스테르로부터 유래하는 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르복실산의 공중합체가 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체인 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합제가 혼합물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 50중량%의 아크릴 중합체와 95 내지 50중량%의 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체의 혼합물을 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 불투명도 향상 미립자가 탄산칼슘이고 안료가 이산화티탄인 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 표면 활성제가 알킬아릴 폴리에테르 설포네이트, 산화에틸렌 유도체 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 코팅 조성물.
  8. 적어도 하나의 표면상에 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 폴리올레핀 기재를 포함하는 석판인쇄가능한 열가소성 기재.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 기재가 2축 배향된 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 석판인쇄가능한 열가소성 기재.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 2축 배향된 폴리프로필렌을 코로나 방전 또는 화염 처리에 의해 표면처리하여 표면의 성질을 향상시키는 석판인쇄가능한 열가소성 기재.
